Summary: A group of Joes are attending the wedding of Lifeline's sister in Pittsburgh, while others are at a nearby weapons depot testing new armor. Unsuspectingly, the Dreadnoks are able to attach small receivers to the back of the Joes' necks in order for Dr. Mindbender to manipulate their emotions in hopes that Cobra can defeat them.
