Primal Season 2 is an absolutely magnificent addition to an already fantastic set of episodes. It’s one of Tartakovsky’s best by far, and he’s proven that this is a franchise that’s only going to get better with time. From top to bottom, it’s one of the best animated series going right now.

If the first two episodes available to press are any indication, it has retained all the ferocious zeal and devastating pathos of the first season, while setting the stage for a descent into a new den of prehistoric nightmares. Our blood runs hot with anticipation for the weekly episodes to come.

Two episodes in an we are BACK! This cartoon (for adults) just transcends itself all the time. Loving the creator's vision and nerve. So well made and a great story to match.

Absolutely astonishing. I really loved it the second season even more than the first one. This is one of the times that the nail it to make it bigger and intenser in every way, and overcome the previous season.

Genndy Tartakovsky is yet to disappoint. The first two episodes of the new season are as brutal as tender. Spear and Fang are my favorite new heroes.

Majestic as always. Doing so much with so little is what gives Tartakovsky the edge.

Ouch, what happened?? The season started off great, then got worse and worse with every episode until the ridiculous finale. I'm not opposed to what happened exactly, but the ending was very rushed and didn't make sense.
Hopefully, this show will just be cancelled now.
