    This show is my all time favourite of ... well all time.

    Priceless and genius. Is one of the few shows where I don't care what episode or season I watch. I can just close my eye's and pick a disk from my collection and watch it. The show is painfully funny and each character has a joke "style" that matches their personality perfectly.

    This television show never fails to amuse. Television of the greatest kind- this show is the height of all on-screen comedy. The epitomizer of situation comedy, this show will not be forgotten. 10 seasons of inspired genius- unforgettable.

    This show never bored me, always kept me laughing even after i went true the seasons like 8 times. Funny characters, each of them are unique and hilarious. This is my favorite show of all time nothing comes even close.
    If you haven't watched friends yet, then you need to give it a chance and watch it. It will amaze me if you don't like it. This is simply genius !

    Funny and emotional, Friends is one of the best TV shows of all time. No matter what episode, no matter what season, its always so funny and so entertaining. Each character has their own characteristics that makes them special and funny. 6 friends going through life in 10 years of laughter and genius, Friends is and unforgettable and probably the best sit-com ever.

    If you take away Episode 1 and Seasons 9, and 10 I'd give Friends a score of 9.0. And if I were rating just seasons 2 thru 7 I'd give it a perfect 10.0 -- they were that good. Even with Joey and Phoebe's characters (which at times, they were just overplayed), this is one of the best cast of characters on a sitcom since Cheers. They have such great timing and effortless interactions withIf you take away Episode 1 and Seasons 9, and 10 I'd give Friends a score of 9.0. And if I were rating just seasons 2 thru 7 I'd give it a perfect 10.0 -- they were that good. Even with Joey and Phoebe's characters (which at times, they were just overplayed), this is one of the best cast of characters on a sitcom since Cheers.     This gotta be the most hilarious TV show ever. I liked every season. Every episode is well acted, well directed and the humor never seems to stop, it's really hilarious and fun to watch. Best of its kind for sure.

    Nothing on TV compares to this anymore. Although Friends starts slow (takes a while to establish the personalities of each character) it gets better and better as the series progress. There is a dip in series 7, where the jokes and writing(as well as acting) is quite poor and a few very uneven episodes, but I think series 8, 9 and 10 pick up again.     My favorite TV show of ALL time closely followed by Spongebob. I think this show absolutely nails is the ensemble cast. The casting for Friends is great all the characters feel real and the situations feel real.     It had been seven years since this TV show finished. And I started to watch it just by this year. And I must say: IT IS AMAZING! There cannot be such a funny show like this. I really like the characters of Pheobe and Joey. The best!

    This was one of a kind TV show. Amazingly funny and witty dialogues, the writers truly did a fantastic job in FRIENDS. Although the series deteriorated slightly as it went on with the seasons but the first few were amazing. I still watch the reruns sometimes. How could anyone hate this show?

    In my opinion, Friends is the best sitcom by far. I have the complete series box set, and despite that I watched all the episodes like thousands of times (well, not literally, but several times), for me always is a good idea re-watch all the seasons again.     I am not sure what the beef is with the critics who gave this a 59. This is worth a ten. I mean, sure, some of the comic is a bit juvenile, but that's the show.

    I remember watching FRIENDS all the time with my own friends 12 years ago while we were living close to each other. It was a great fun and laughs all day, just like it is with FRIENDS. It was a full 10 points then, but today.. jokes are little dated and sometimes little bit stupid.. but it's still my favore comedy series (cartoons not included). Thank you FRIENDS!

    Legendary Classic Humor, Fantastic characters that blend so greatly with each other, Dramatic, Intense and well played. Friends is a great show that I will always be talking about. I rewatched all of the seasons in my sisters bedroom over and over for the years that I spent with her. It never gets boring, it will never be forgotten. Probably the best show of my life.

    One of the best shows of all times. It has some magic to it that sticks and even after 10 years you'll remember the scenes from this epic comedy show. I don't know what the critics or haters want but this is one of the best things in my and many of my "FRIENDS" lives.

    Let's keep this nice, short, and to the point. "Friends" is a masterpiece as far as sitcoms go. The acting is superb. The writing does justice the exceptional acting. Every episode is hilarious, and with likeable character as well.

    It is amazing, it teaches you tons of good things and makes you laugh a lot at the same time. It has an amazing cast and stories!

    I can genuinely say that this is my favorite TV show ever, thank you to the creators for doing such an amazing show, and the cast, all of them should be recognize for their fantastic work in F.R.I.E.N.D.S. Jennifer, Lisa, Matt, David, Courteney and Matthew gave amazing performances all over the 238 episodes. I consider this show the funniest show ever hands down.

    Everyone has heard of friends and there's a good reason for that. It is mind blowing and every episode will have you in stitches. The storyline is very good too. American comedy at its absolute best.

This was my favorite show for 3 years (until I watched Arrested Development, but that hardly constitutes a show, so much as it does a gift from God), I love it. It was witty and entertaining, and I will always have a soft spot in my heart for the first time I heard Smelly Cat, or almost teared up in the last episode. The characters became your friends. Monica, Chandler, Phoebe, Rachel, Ross, and Joey are 6 of the most lovable characters in the history of comedy. And the show is the definition of a classic. Show gets an eight out of ten, because there were some really bad episodes, and it did get sloppy at some times, especially with continuity, the show payed NO attention to it whatsoever, it also had that Laugh Track Abuse-symptom, and it gets irritating.     I hated the first three seasons, but the later seasons are very good. The humor is more goofy than smart like in the later seasons. It also feels like they are trying to hard to get young people to watch it. But has the occasional giggle

    La verdad es que las primeras temporadas de Friends dejaban bastante que desear. Muchos de aquí votan dieces creo que refiriéndose a la serie entera, pero la primera temporada era bastante sosa. La serie se vuelve mejor a partir de la 4 creo. Nunca fue mi serie favorita ni nada pero tiene sus momentos, aunque su humor a veces es algo inocente y las tramas amorosas son aburridas.

    It sucks all the life out of you. After just 5 minutes you feel so tired and want to commit suicide. It's so terrible that I can't even find words to describe how terrible it is. The acting is horrible, the jokes are horrendous and the characters are atrocious. I think this show is truely what you experience in hell.

    0/10 would not watch it even if my life depended on it.

    This is my favourite TV show and best sit-com I've ever watched. Nowadays, when I watch The Big Bang Theory I catch myself on thinking "was that supposed to be funny?". But Friends actually were funny, each one of them (especially Chandler of course). I'm laughing, chuckling, every time I'm watching this show and it doesn't matter that I literally know it by heart.

    One of the most legendary sitcoms of all time, this sitcom never bored me even though I was born halfway through it's run and never watched any episodes until I was older, this sitcom is hilarious, clever, well-written, though cheesy, over-the-top, and forced at times. Some subplots in episodes are forced, whereas some are exaggerated and others simply there to coincide with the main plot, but that doesn't mean the show was bad. Season 1 was when the actors and characters were at their best, as Joey was actually very mature, but he got more and more immature and dumber as the seasons went on, it seems. Chandler become more loving, caring, and funny as the seasons went on, whereas in season 1 he was just that awkward guy who cracks jokes. Ross was a lot more awkward in season 1, but got better as the seasons went on, though in some episodes he seemed unlikable. Rachel obviously matured through the seasons and later became a caring yet unprepared mother in season 8. Monica was a lot less dramatic than in later seasons, though I don't really know if this is the right thing to say. She obviously changed over the seasons, but I'm not sure I've been able to fully grasp how. Phoebe, however, was a lot smarter in the first season, then got dumber later on, like Joey. She was a lot more street smart, but in later seasons she just used her childhood poverty to gain sympathy. This wasn't the case in season 1 if I remember correctly. Every character was different in season 1 and some matured over time but some just got worse, or in Ross' case, unlikable (for some). Sometimes Ross' inability to hold a marriage was glossed over way too much, and sometimes his bad luck was simply forced. Emily's character only existed so that Ross could marry her, do something to piss her off, then she would disappear completely. Gunther really only existed as a character for comic relief, Janice later did the same thing, some minor characters were just there so we could have an episode, and others just simply didn't need to be there. Despite it's flaws, the sitcom is forever in our minds, and will always be rightfully deservedly called one of the greatest sitcoms of all time,… Expand

    Season 1 of Friends was solid but nothing special. It was hard getting use to watching a show in the 90's and the story starts off slow but it becomes really good over time.

    This show really appeals to all ages. Most generations can watch it and relate in some way. I really like it in the fact that it is one of those shows where you become so invested in the characters that you find the events in the show actually effecting you emotionally. For the younger generation like myself, watching this show really makes you feel warm inside because we have a chronic fear that when we graduate college that our lives are over. This show sets the characters in their upper 20s and it is so refreshing to see people act the way they do and live the way they do in this show. It gives you some hope that the best days of your life still might lie ahead. Most of us assume we peak in high school or in college, but if you look at Ross, he doesn't peak until very late in the show. Overall it really appeals to millennials like me because for once it makes us want to embrace life. It makes us want to embrace the journey that we are about to be faced with. Overall, it is a wonderful show that you can pick up anywhere in the season and still greatly enjoy it.… Expand

    .This show is simply put, Everything. it is the best thing you can ever do on your free time, The comedy is gold, regardless of what the critics say.
    This show you'll love from the first to last episode, the ending of the show will make you so addicted, it took me weeks to get over it. this show has truly been there for me and will be for you. watch it, you will never regret it.

    The first season isn´t that good but the show starts getting better. At the end it is a great show and really funny too , though the background laugh its used more then necessary. There are some smart jokes and really great characters development.

    I never thought that I would be this obsessed with a sitcom because I am always keen with the television series that I watch and most of them are hardcore, dark, and bodies of art that graced the television. But this made an exception. Truly memorable, heart-warming sitcom series. The cast really felt like a family for me.

    Each of the characters is likeable in their own way and can individually express each of us as humans. This sitcom is both relatable and entertaining - we can connect to many scenarios but also by being massively entertained by    Friends is an incredible sitcom.     "Friends" nunca me entediou e sempre me fez rir. Todas as personagens são engraçadas e únicas, as histórias são criadas de uma maneira inteligente...     A Well made 1st season for a Highly Rated Sitcom.
    The characters and situations were amazingly developed, some episodes were so engaging i didn't even notice the time and how many episodes i completed it's just that good of a starting season.

    Watched every episode and season of friends apart from the reunion. I watched it later for the first time on Netflix and enjoyed most of the episodes.

    A phony-to-the-core twentysomething sitcom. ... This earnestly flaky show from the creators of Dream On runs the gamut from '30s romantic farce to Seinfeldian trivia... without being believable for a moment.

    The show's saving grace is that as the weeks go by, the characters begin to grow on you. That has more to do with the actors' animation than it does with the rimshot writing.
