Jun 6, 2018Bad enough of a show, made worse by knowledge that Will Arnett has relapsed because of it. I hope with every fiber of my being that he comes to his senses and drops this. If not, I hope Netflix cancels it.

Mar 28, 2018It might be accurate to the bums that live in Venice, but that doesn't make it watchable. It's just not funny nor is there any drama. Either make the characters more douchy/funny or have some kind of heartbeat. Is anybody buying that Will Arnett could land those girls? I'm not.

Oct 16, 2017Flacked is a trip to the world the part of Venice CA, with its special vibe. The story of Chip, who is in search of his place in the world, but due to his innocence almost infantile Chip is seen in the midst of a great confusion generated by the entiras that he himself tells to remain as a respected guy in his community.

Jun 13, 2017The general disapprobation for this show is indicative of the low tolerance in our day for complex writing and nuanced character sketches. Slow to start and slow to develop, this jewel flies over the head of the fidget spinner ADD generation.

Jun 4, 2017Flaked is a train wreck of a show, albeit a somewhat slow and aimless one. The drama has a warm, low-key vibe that is a lot of fun over a bottle or two of wine. The show is a good reminder that not all problems have obvious paths, sharp edges, or abrupt crescendos, some just play themselves out slowly as people evolve.

Jan 14, 2017Boring show. Bad plot. Even worse is the acting itself. Watched one episode which was more than enough! Seriously, this is no comedy because there is no humor in this.
-
Jan 14, 2017I do not know how this show got a second season. There is literally nothing interesting or even funny about this show. I really hope that Netflix does not review for a third season!

Jan 14, 2017This is the worst thing ever. The whole thing makes no sense really. The acting is so bad that the already bad plot gets even worse. I tried watching a few episodes but it was too painful. I really do not recommend this show to anyone.

Jan 5, 2017flaked is the worst tv series I've ever see, it's pure s**t. I didn't like the actors, the cast was awful, especially Ruth Kearney. Absolutely boring, pointless and horrible.

Jan 4, 2017I heard a lot of criticism and didn't listen to it because everyone obviously has a different taste but...I must say that the negative comments here are on point. I don't get this show at all. I tried to go through a whole season but it was too painful to go through it. The plot has no point. The acting is so bad that I had to cringe more than once. A big fat disappointment to be quiet honest.

Sep 2, 2016such a shame that people still consider things like this enjoyable to watch and respectuful things. Misogynist, racist, direspectful to alcholist and women and just... my eyeballs are going to fall out for wasting four hours of my life.

Aug 30, 2016i don't even want to spend words on this awful and pointless thing that some people dare to call a tvshow. Simply, AWFUL. don't watch it, do yourself a favor and save these 4 hours of your life. ruth kearney should quit acting and go back to being a no one living on her boyfriend's shoulders. she's awful.

Aug 1, 2016Here is my take on Flaked. In the beginning it seemed and looked as tho Will had finally gotten casts for a great well written miniseries, not until the maybe episode 5 6 that I realized i was actually watching the washed down poor mans version of Californication. I still finished the season.

Jul 5, 2016There's something comforting and nice about it. Maybe it's the fact that the main guy is a bit lost, like all of us, and this makes it easy to relate to him. The show's not perfect but that's not what it's about - it's as messed up as real life can be.

May 28, 2016Superb. it explores truth- in relationships with other people, with the facts, with yourself. Fascinating stuff, interesting themes explored really well, with great sensitivity, time and one liners.. will watch again.. Great acting from the lead..Argghh, the more I think about the resolve, the more layers there are! Interesting reading up about 13th stepping too..

May 19, 2016I've never seen a worst show ever (and that's something really strange, considering all the shows I've seen in my life). Fuller House is better. At least, the actors can do their jobs, and the leading actress doesn't look like a **** chicken. I hate it. And if Netflix renews this thing, I will surely quit with them!

Flaked, created by Arnett and Mark Chappell, is just another exasperating exploration of stunted white male adulthood.
-
It's a leaden, soggy mess, that only gets messier as it goes.

[Netflix's Love] at least felt fresh and directed in the way it surgically examined the tropes of the romantic comedy. It was a character study that had a purpose, explaining through its run why we were watching these characters to begin with. Flaked never answers that question.
