Mar 11, 2016Where is the point in this show? Boring and totally non sense in some scenes. Didnt like Will too, and there wasnt chemistry between any of the characters
-
Mar 11, 2016If fuller house was bad this one is even worse! i hated the characters , the plot ..basically everything! The 2 big guys fight over a girl like they're 13, there's no respect for women and the leading actress is weird. For me its a big no.

Aug 30, 2016i don't even want to spend words on this awful and pointless thing that some people dare to call a tvshow. Simply, AWFUL. don't watch it, do yourself a favor and save these 4 hours of your life. ruth kearney should quit acting and go back to being a no one living on her boyfriend's shoulders. she's awful.
-
Jan 14, 2017This is the worst thing ever. The whole thing makes no sense really. The acting is so bad that the already bad plot gets even worse. I tried watching a few episodes but it was too painful. I really do not recommend this show to anyone.

Oct 16, 2017Flacked is a trip to the world the part of Venice CA, with its special vibe. The story of Chip, who is in search of his place in the world, but due to his innocence almost infantile Chip is seen in the midst of a great confusion generated by the entiras that he himself tells to remain as a respected guy in his community.

Mar 16, 2016Boring, awful scenes, low acting. disappointed, after watching the trailer i tough that it could be cool but i was clearly wrong. Didn't like Arnett and Kearney, Sullvan was ok but the rest were indifferents. i dont think Netflis should invest in a second season.

Mar 14, 2016I liked just episode 6, but it was an easy plot twist. I really cant see the point in a second season. An as a woman this kind of show disgust me, arent there enough sexism series? Where the woman is just a trophy? Hope Netflix will invest in other series

Mar 13, 2016i agree with every bad critic. Two old man that figh over a girl? And this girl end up choosing the good looking one? Classic and superficials, something that just the fans of a man as Will Arnett can enjoy it. It will be probably renewed for a second season because of them but it remains a trash for sure.

Apr 3, 2016i didnt like it, its weird how people can call this show "dramedy". Its not funny, there is not enough drama and its not a realistic story about recovery. Women seen as objects, perverts white guys and unrealistic relationship. Even the acting was weird.

Mar 15, 2016What a crap! Where are all these feminists when a show like that came up?! Its an insult to every woman, Arnett is embarassing the lead actress annoying, the best friend is the stupid one and the only funny character is the black guy ( coincidence?). I really despise London as a character and i didn't like the actress as well. Netflix i hope you're going to cut this crap.

Aug 1, 2016Here is my take on Flaked. In the beginning it seemed and looked as tho Will had finally gotten casts for a great well written miniseries, not until the maybe episode 5 6 that I realized i was actually watching the washed down poor mans version of Californication. I still finished the season.
-
Sep 2, 2016such a shame that people still consider things like this enjoyable to watch and respectuful things. Misogynist, racist, direspectful to alcholist and women and just... my eyeballs are going to fall out for wasting four hours of my life.

Jan 4, 2017I heard a lot of criticism and didn't listen to it because everyone obviously has a different taste but...I must say that the negative comments here are on point. I don't get this show at all. I tried to go through a whole season but it was too painful to go through it. The plot has no point. The acting is so bad that I had to cringe more than once. A big fat disappointment to be quiet honest.

Mar 20, 2016What a useless show. venice beach is not like this at all, just one black guy? Seriously? How can someone call this show "good" just beacuse two episodes? And what about the actin? London seemes everything but a deep character, weird permormance by the actress. Such a stupid show
-
Mar 13, 2016A really bad show, its like watching a teen drama tihout a real drama. They act like kids, the age gap id quei disgusting as the waitress who choose Chip cause is better looking. To me a second season is pointless, there no reason to continue this "drama". Can Will Arnett just focus on his stupid cartoon? Thanks.
-
Mar 22, 2016What a **** show. To me its more a shock finding out that there are still people who enjoy watching this kind of show, where the woman is treated like a an object and the fact that we're still portrait Venice Beach as a "white" community. Hope it will be cancelled
-
May 19, 2016I've never seen a worst show ever (and that's something really strange, considering all the shows I've seen in my life). Fuller House is better. At least, the actors can do their jobs, and the leading actress doesn't look like a **** chicken. I hate it. And if Netflix renews this thing, I will surely quit with them!

Jan 14, 2017I do not know how this show got a second season. There is literally nothing interesting or even funny about this show. I really hope that Netflix does not review for a third season!
-
Jan 14, 2017Boring show. Bad plot. Even worse is the acting itself. Watched one episode which was more than enough! Seriously, this is no comedy because there is no humor in this.

Jun 13, 2017The general disapprobation for this show is indicative of the low tolerance in our day for complex writing and nuanced character sketches. Slow to start and slow to develop, this jewel flies over the head of the fidget spinner ADD generation.

Jan 5, 2017flaked is the worst tv series I've ever see, it's pure s**t. I didn't like the actors, the cast was awful, especially Ruth Kearney. Absolutely boring, pointless and horrible.
-
Jun 4, 2017Flaked is a train wreck of a show, albeit a somewhat slow and aimless one. The drama has a warm, low-key vibe that is a lot of fun over a bottle or two of wine. The show is a good reminder that not all problems have obvious paths, sharp edges, or abrupt crescendos, some just play themselves out slowly as people evolve.

Jul 5, 2016There's something comforting and nice about it. Maybe it's the fact that the main guy is a bit lost, like all of us, and this makes it easy to relate to him. The show's not perfect but that's not what it's about - it's as messed up as real life can be.
-
Mar 14, 2016I liked it. It started slow but I came to like the characters, love the whole venice vibe, and this show is not for everyone, many reviewers say the adults act childish so, this show is just not meant for everyone.
-
Mar 17, 2016Beside cast and location (Who doesn't love Venice?), everything seems like lame sitcom from the 90s. It's not as bad as people rating it, but it's worse than you can hope, even if you're Will Arnett's fan.
-
Mar 14, 2016Not as pointless as anyone here will say, better than anyone here will give it credit for. Don't listen to the reviews, this show is definitely worth watching.

Mar 15, 2016This show is fantastic. I love the characters and the setting in Venice is a beautiful backdrop. The banter is really fun and Will Arnett does a great job embodying a character that is so clearly selfish but also loveable.
-
Mar 21, 2016I find it strange that so many people have had such a strong negative reaction to this show! It's subtle and evenly paced with a nice focus on the vagaries of friendship and all relationships.

May 28, 2016Superb. it explores truth- in relationships with other people, with the facts, with yourself. Fascinating stuff, interesting themes explored really well, with great sensitivity, time and one liners.. will watch again.. Great acting from the lead..Argghh, the more I think about the resolve, the more layers there are! Interesting reading up about 13th stepping too..
-
Mar 20, 2016Why all the hate? Flaked is a nice little piece on all the messy aspects of life as a man-child. Not everything on TV has to be revolutionary or ground-breaking. The show had some truly tangible moments of despair and aimlessness. Being 40 something and single in LA is probably a lot like the first season of Flaked.

Apr 8, 2016don't be foolish by the bad's reviews, this show is awesome, starts a little slow to my taste, but the story change in the 5th episode and adds some drama to the mix, will character is so funny, remember me gob from arrested development... waiting for the 2do season
-
Apr 2, 2016I loved this show. No idea why there are so many haters. Shot on location, smart dialogue and pretty decent story lines. Looking forward to season two.

Mar 29, 2016amazing plot and clever writing, doesn't get enough credit here, nonetheless this calibre of writing and performance hasn't been tested before. It has all the signs of a cult following tv-show. Arnett's performance is powerful and layered
-
Apr 16, 2016Fantastic intelligent entertaining show. Brilliant acting, beautiful women, interesting funny characters that seem real and can relate to. I would not trust any of these negative reviews. You need to see it for yourself. People have different likes...I didn't agree with one critical review... Great series thank you!
-
Mar 13, 2016Amazing show, great acting, well written, dark and witty at the same time, funny dialogs and pleasant atmosphere. I wish there will be more shows like this one. Looking forward to a second season!
-
Mar 12, 2016I disagree with reviews. so far. I find this show nuanced, intelligent & so,so aware of what it's like to be / interact with an addict--all without hitting the viewer over the head. Kudos. That a comedian could play the real & let the comedic come through with subtlety--brilliant. Lets you feel the sorrow and laugh at the same time.
-
Mar 21, 2016I dont know what all the hate is about. I absolutely enjoyed the series and watched it all in one sitting. I would even watch it again. Great show with an interesting premise.
-
Jun 6, 2018Bad enough of a show, made worse by knowledge that Will Arnett has relapsed because of it. I hope with every fiber of my being that he comes to his senses and drops this. If not, I hope Netflix cancels it.
-
Mar 28, 2018It might be accurate to the bums that live in Venice, but that doesn't make it watchable. It's just not funny nor is there any drama. Either make the characters more douchy/funny or have some kind of heartbeat. Is anybody buying that Will Arnett could land those girls? I'm not.

Flaked, created by Arnett and Mark Chappell, is just another exasperating exploration of stunted white male adulthood.
-
It's a leaden, soggy mess, that only gets messier as it goes.
-
[Netflix's Love] at least felt fresh and directed in the way it surgically examined the tropes of the romantic comedy. It was a character study that had a purpose, explaining through its run why we were watching these characters to begin with. Flaked never answers that question.
