Summary:
Officers Sally Bobbins and Sally Frank are Scotlands two most ridiculous cops, but when Bobbins wants to advance in the force she and Frank must put their empty heads together to solve a murder. Little do they know that an insane witness, an absentee boyfriend and a commanding officer who wants them both fired will put major hurdles in their path.
