Summary: Anita agrees to get an employee discounted refrigerator for Ellen, when her own one stops working. But because Anita isn't allowed to use her discount on appliances for other people, she has to keep the new refrigerator herself. This means Ellen has to have Anita's old one, and things obviously don't go smoothly.
