Summary:
Franky, Howler and Drak Jr. are three teens with a secret. By touching hands and uttering the words, "Drak Wack: WACKO!" they turn into their true forms, the descendants of Dracula, Frankenstein and the Wolfman, and use their powers to battle the forces of O.G.R.E., the Organization of Generally Rotten Enterprises.
