This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This episodes had lasting effects on the people involves lives. And is still brought up in news. After the show Heather left with her uncle. Kevin began calling harassing her and elderly members of her family. He went and sought "treatment". They both had financial issues. They reconciled and decided to start over in Texas. Things were going ok at first. But then. Then he began slowly sliding back into his abusive behaviors. That ended up injuring Heather's hand while she was doing work on her computer. He was arrested. He then offered to divorce her instead of going to jail for family violence. A he had only four hour a month supervised visitation. But was able to keep filing modification of custody to to get unsupervised visits and and to get her protected adress thrown out.He was successful after many tries and the mother fled with daughter Penelope. While on run he got full custody granted as a default judgment. It then lead to Heather being wanted and the father hired a private detective. That then posted her nudes he acquired when he broke in to her home / was let in by her landlord. Eventually Heather was captured 6 years later. Penelope went into fostercare. Heather's charges were dropped. This episode was often cited. In the news articles related the other incidents.… Expand
