Despite the fact that there are laughs to be had on Don’t, the game play is far too confusing and it feels like it’s being treated like a secondary aspect of what’s supposed to be a game show.

You can see what creator Ryan Reynolds is up to: a burlesque of the very game show/stunt show genre to which he’s making this dubious contribution. ... [Host Adam] Scott, at least, gets to make fun of his plight, such as it is, and does the whole thing with an air of vague bewilderment that will no doubt be shared by his audience.
