    After a surprisingly solid first season, Dominion has unfortunately failed to build on the excitement in its second outing. The plot has meandered, the characters' storylines disparate, the twists lacking jeopardy, and there does not appear to be an ultimate goal for all the loose threads that we can root for. Perhaps the cast being as good as it is for such a 'bubblegum' sort of show,After a surprisingly solid first season, Dominion has unfortunately failed to build on the excitement in its second outing. The plot has meandered, the characters' storylines disparate, the twists lacking jeopardy, and there does not appear to be an ultimate goal for all the loose threads that we can root for. Perhaps the cast being as good as it is for such a 'bubblegum' sort of show, after the first season novelty has worn off, leaves only the feeling that they daren't kill off any of their big-hitters.… Expand
