    The main issue, which isn't necessarily detrimental from a promotional standpoint, is the inherent distastefulness of turning someone's dismissal--especially in this economy--into entertainment.

    Rooting against an established villain playing an elaborate game like Survivor or The Amazing Race is one thing; rooting to see a real person rendered unable to support his or her family is quite another, even if that person seems like a jerk.

    This show is a terrible. At first it makes sense and the benefits to the company could be great. However this self professed "socialThis show is a terrible. At first it makes sense and the benefits to the company could be great. However this self professed "social experiment" is nothing more than a ratings ploy. The concept of airing each other grievances and reveal to the group each other salaries is fine; but, this group of people also has to nominate people to be potentially fired is where I draw the line. The part when I take issue is that the employees are allowed to confer after each segment, which allows them to form alliances and agree on how to vote. This in effect shatters the chances of people of are actually causing issues to be nominated because someone could be convinced to change their vote. This is just to provide drama and nothing else. This show started with good intentions but it is the worst in the reality show genre.… Full Review »

    I don't understand why people don't like this show. I think it's brilliant. Is it the best REALITY show? Nah, but I'm already hooked. TheI don't understand why people don't like this show. The reason I'm hooked is because it's NICE to know there are bosses that, whether they're doing it because they want press or to "scare" their employees into doing better, are willing to give lower-level employees a chance to voice their opinions. Like it or not, no matter how strong leadership may or may not be, there will ALWAYS been employees at the bottom of the totem pole that may have fantastic ideas that you wouldn't otherwise be willing to listen to. This forces them to do so. It's not like these people are sitting in a room and trying to fire people they dislike. If that was the case, that Sean, would have been gone within the first hour! I think most people involve REALIZE this is a person's JOB they're discussing. They aren't making this entirely personal. They really are trying to prove they CAN be in a leadership role, of SOME sort, and do it seriously. I think it's a job well done! And I… Full Review »

Speaking of needs to go, FOX has a new series called "Does Someone Has To Go?' Namely it should've been called "Does Everyone needs to watch this trash on trainwreck TV?" This is one of the worst reality shows of the year and as for the network, keep on making Chef Gordon Ramsey pissing off everybody at the kitchen.… Full Review »
