So far i watched 3 episodes. I love it! Its back the the earlier style of writing where there is a bigger storyline then 1 episode and i love that.
The way of having a lot of sub timelines can also be confusing but this makes it very fun to watch as you have to keep track of a lot of things.
A minor downside i find is that the english accents are really thick in this season. At this point

A minor downside i find is that the english accents are really thick in this season. At this point its really breaking the emersion where every single alien has a thick english accent.

So in conclusion I love the writing for this season, i love the bigger storyline even tough it completely breaks the established history for the doctor. but hey cant always have all the nice things. But the accents should be toned down a lot.

So far, season 13 has been quite enjoyable to me, especially episode 4. The quality is getting back to what is should be and 13th acting is better as well.

The one huge i see is the fact that there are too many plots and way too little time to resolve all of them. Waiting to see what the last episode will do about it. For now, i give it a solid 8

4 Episodes down and I think that's the strongest Whitacker season. Varies far off the formula, but the companions click much better now. Events seem to be written better and there is still some mystery. Not the subtle mystery that was in the days past. It's more, punch in your face variant, but its still better than anything the last 5 seasons had.

A return to form. Whittaker gives one of the most sensational performances on television right now.

I found the whole season apart from the finale outstanding. The different characters were woven beautifully, Jodie’s acting was great, there were some great cliffhangers and the CG was mind blowing!

Then we get to the finale, and my goodness it feels like a throwaway. The villains are dismissed, genocide takes place so nonchalantly and most of the universe doesn’t exist anymore?! Also the

Other than all of that, the rest of the season was great and it was awesome to see them do something different with the writing of the overall story arcs.

Apart from episode 3, which was really confusing, it was pretty good. Village of the angles was the best out of them all.

In an episode that doesn’t do much hand-holding as it leaps through time and space, that line offers a little bit of reassurance from Chibnall. This episode is supposed to be confusing, but it’ll all pay off in the long run.

It’s a lot, but it all managed to build to a thrilling cliffhanger. ... Perhaps the most intriguing part of this episode, however, was Whittaker’s Doctor herself, who returned here with a moodier edge than before.

In all, The Halloween Apocalypse is an engaging appetiser and revives my dimensionally transcendental taste-buds.
