Dec 2, 2021So far, season 13 has been quite enjoyable to me, especially episode 4. The quality is getting back to what is should be and 13th acting is better as well.
The one huge i see is the fact that there are too many plots and way too little time to resolve all of them. Waiting to see what the last episode will do about it. For now, i give it a solid 8 -
Nov 22, 20214 Episodes down and I think that's the strongest Whitacker season. Varies far off the formula, but the companions click much better now. Events seem to be written better and there is still some mystery. Not the subtle mystery that was in the days past. It's more, punch in your face variant, but its still better than anything the last 5 seasons had.

Jan 4, 2023Apart from episode 3, which was really confusing, it was pretty good. Village of the angles was the best out of them all.

In an episode that doesn’t do much hand-holding as it leaps through time and space, that line offers a little bit of reassurance from Chibnall. This episode is supposed to be confusing, but it’ll all pay off in the long run.

It’s a lot, but it all managed to build to a thrilling cliffhanger. ... Perhaps the most intriguing part of this episode, however, was Whittaker’s Doctor herself, who returned here with a moodier edge than before.

In all, The Halloween Apocalypse is an engaging appetiser and revives my dimensionally transcendental taste-buds.
