    I loved this Disney movie and I watched it 200 times each day of the week you should watch it. it is amazing to watch it is for all ages except for babies and tattlers.

    Best Disney Channel Movie Ever!!!!!

    If you like fairy tales, the classical Disney movies and Once Upon a Time you will love this movie. It makes you laugh, it makes you cry and when it ends it makes you watch it again. The songs are beautiful, the acting is perfect, the script is well written, but the visual effects aren't that good, but that's only 1% of the movie. Trust me, it's enjoyable.

    One of the many good disney films Descendants is way way better than all of the high school musicals combined which is something not seen at all compared to teen beach series it is just a little bit better not much but Cameron,Chenowith,Boyce and Stewart and who can forget Carson the family will love to sit down and enjoy the movie and singing along with the film i know i do.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This is my 3rd favorite Disney Channel original movie and my 3rd favorite tv movie. The music is stupendous especially the songs If Only, Rotten to the Core, Evil Like Me, and Set it Off. The soundtrack is one of my favorite Disney soundtracks and one of my favorite soundtracks and albums of all time. The lead acting from Cameron Boyce, Dove Cameron, Mitchell Hope, Booboo Stewart, and Sofia Carson is phenomenal. The supporting performances were outstanding especially from Kristin Chenoweth, Sarah Jeffery, Melanie Paxson, Brenna D'Amico, Zachary Gibson, Dan Payne, Kathy Najimy, and Wendy Raquel Robinson. The costumes were magnificent especially the ones wore by Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Kristen Chenoweth, Cameron Boyce, Booboo Stewart, Sarah Jeffery, Melanie Paxson, Wendy Raquel Robinson, Kathy Najimy, and Mitchell Hope. The makeup and hairstyling was excellent especially on Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Cameron Boyce, Wendy Raquel Robinson, Sarah Jeffery, Brenna D'Amico, Dianne Doan, Kristin Chenoweth, Keegan Conner Tracy, and Booboo Stewart. The sets were terrific especially Auradon Prep. The dance sequences were superb especially the Rotten to the Core sequence and the Set it Off sequence. The writing and story were wonderful and really original. The visual effects were great especially Maleficent as a dragon. This is a A+ movie.… Expand

    Granted, one might wish the focus tilted a bit more heavily toward the adults--Kristin Chenoweth as Maleficent steals every scene she’s in--or that the second half wasn’t as heavily padded. Still, the songs are clever, the look is sumptuous, and the idea is so good it goes down easy even if the broth’s a trifle undercooked.
