Feb 3, 2023It's a shtick we've seen before but it works hamming up our ridiculous history without playing up for laughs. If you are into human history and comedy it's a worth a look.

Jun 3, 2023Every single episode I laughed out loud at something more than once. Not many shows have you laughing and learning (Drunk History rip :( ), so enjoy this gem while it's here! I even watched 'Cunk on Britain' after seeing this.

Mar 4, 2023Almost every line made me chuckle, and I've already seen tons of clips on TikTok. Loved it!

Apr 26, 2023Punching down for a few laughs gets boring very fast. There is no wit, just playing dumb, and laugh at the expenses of people we think are inferior to us. The worst type of British humour. A bit like self-deprecation which is just a badly concealed form of narcissism.

Mar 17, 2023Seriously one of the best mock history series I've seen in quite some time. Diane Morgan delivers hilarious commentary on various topics related to the evolution of the word, while never breaking character.

Feb 6, 2023I was waiting long for this show, 'cause I liked cunk´s performance in AfterLife and when I saw clips of this show with this unique sense of humor, I was already catchend.
Cunk can tell history and make fun of it, and her question to the people who studied years are amazing.
Little Spoiler:
I laugh every time when she mention about his friend Paul or this 90s music clip :) -
Apr 18, 2023With the laughs flying thick and fast, there is bound to be a few that fall flat, but on the whole this an extremely funny mockumentary.
Diane Morgan in the role of the naive Philomena Cunk is perfect and is the key reason this show works. -
Jun 25, 2023Comedienne Diane Morgan reprises the role of Philomena Cunk (originally seen on Charlie Brooker’s Screenwipe series) to present a comical look at the history of mankind. At this point Morgan has pretty much perfected the character, and the awkward interviews and ridiculous segues are often very funny.

It’s the funniest thing I’ve seen in months, and not just on Netflix.

Cunk on Earth is a deeply funny, unexpectedly informative mockumentary that delivers as many laughs as fun little facts and tidbits about human history. It is, in short, the best show you’re not watching right now.

I found most of “Cunk,” while frightfully clever and well made, and masterfully performed by Morgan, not quite funny enough.
