Summary: Officer Dave Moran is driving one of several squad cars in pursuit of the driver of a white van. The suspect committed several robberies and is fleeing the officers at extremely high speed. The chase repeatedly goes on and off the freeway; the suspect creates several major accidents in the process. Eventually, the suspect has a final accident that disables his van. Moran and Officer John Deangelis move in and force the suspect out.
