Jan 3, 2016This is just bad TV. Annoying characters in a tired and repeated sitcom that seems to be stuck in time. It's Parker Lewis minus the charismatic characters.

Jan 4, 2016Sometimes when you watch a show you can't help but wonder what was written on the page that made a TV executive say yes to sinking millions of dollars into something so poor. That was the way I felt watching this series, which hopefully isn't long for the airwaves.

Mar 1, 2016Excellent show! Humorous and full of twists. The characters are lovable and compliment each other. In the style of the show The New Girl but with younger characters with easy to relate to personalities. Definitely worth watching!

Jul 14, 2016COOPER BARRETT'S GUIDE TO SURVIVING LIFE is my favorite situation comedy series this year. So sad to hear STUPID Fox just BURNED OFF one of the coolest series, they had. Someone, kick critics ass please! Thanks

Nothing about this sitcom is clever or amusing.

In addition to boasting a needlessly wordy title, Cooper Barrett's Guide to Surviving Life is a generally frantic effort, failing to settle on a structure or rhythm over the four episodes sent to critics and, despite some wholly appealing performances at its center, never finding its voice.

It’s entertaining, mainly because all the characters are just so darn likable. Earl, particularly, is a hoot.
