    Peter Sagal begins Constitution USA, his four-part exploration of the founding American document, with look-at-me gimmicks that are more annoying than enlightening, but the series grows more substantive as it goes along.

    For anyone engaged in this discussion, merely capturing how the Constitution remains relevant can’t help but feel a trifle wishy-washy and simplistic.

    Sagal and his writers, if any, suck.
    Sagal drives poorly on the motorcycle we see him on - he doesn't signal lane changes!! He crosses over    Sagal and his writers, if any, suck.
    Sagal drives poorly on the motorcycle we see him on - he doesn't signal lane changes!! He crosses over into the opposing lane without any signalling at all! Such behavior knots the stomach of responsible motorcyclists.
    He throws an invading fish back into the water instead of conking it on the head and having it for dinner!
