Community is back and better than ever! Hope to see this continue throughout the season! Dan Harmon's return is nothing short of magnificent and the first two episodes really were a delight. Very quotable

Community is definitely back. Every episode has that "Dan Harmon" vibe to it like they did in the first three seasons. A lot of high concept plots, inside jokes and hilarity that season 4 did not have enough of. Even after just 5 episodes, Community has regained the "spirit of Greendale"Community is definitely back. I have seen the first three episodes of Season 5, and I can say, with utmost sincerity, that "Community" has regained the glory and hilarity it had once lost. Season 4 was just "good" and nothing else. The new season is reminiscent of the genius of the first two seasons. I think it is safe to say Community is without a doubt back in action. Harmon's presence is noticed here with the great writing that Community has always been known for. Awesome to see Jonathan Banks join the cast for the time being. Can't wait for the rest of the season!

This season has actually retrospectivally made me eat my words about me not noticing a step down in S4 due to no Dan Harmon. There's this little spark that this season has that makes it just a bit better than S4.

It's fairly impressive that going into its fifth season community stillThis season has actually retrospectivally made me eat my words about me not noticing a step down in S4 due to no Dan Harmon. There's this little spark that this season has that makes it just a bit better than S4.

It's fairly impressive that going into its fifth season community still manages to make its humour feel fresh. I think this is definitely helped by the reduced episode count as it means there's a little less filler.

The absence of Donald Glover and (only a tiny bit) Chevy Chase felt like it could signal doom for the show but the addition of John Oliver and Jonathan Banks makes it for it. Once again, this is a testament to the show as such big cast changes can sometimes sink a program.

At this point, community has cemented itself into a show that I can see me watching my fave episodes in many years to come. Not many shows achieve this as I'm a little picky so this is a testament to its quality.… Expand

this show used to be amazing now it's just not funny anymore. the episodes are weird but not in a good way. i haven't like one episode this whole season.
