Summary: With a serial rapist on the loose, women and young girls are scared. This rapist will leave a trail of victims spanning over state borders. Each case the rapist leaves a little trace of himself, but no one can get a hit. Finally after another number of women are raped, CODIS spits out a suspect…and the manhunt is on.
