Summary: Operation R.E.C.R.U.I.T.: A kid named Bobby wants to join the KND, but has to go through various initiations in order to become a member including getting a plate from Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb's house and getting a saliva sample from the Crazy Old Cat Lady.
