One of the best features of Chicago Fire was its deep bench of actors. I say "was" because it's become, sadly, the Stella Kidd show. I loved it when she was shown as a strong, competent woman and cheered when she was promoted. But the writersOne of the best features of Chicago Fire was its deep bench of actors. But the writers have continued with spotlighting her, to the detriment of the show! I think a lot more of Christopher, Cap,Boden and Much would be fascinating.... and appreciated. And Stella inserting herself into Advertised investigation of a jewelry store fire didn't really fit in -it felt forced so as to portray her as a superhero. We don't need superheroes on this show, or one person being pushed forward....we need a group of people working together to create something bigger than themselves. Maybe a little more of the stories and a little less of superhuman Stella. Let her be a human again.… Expand
