Summary: When Charles' (Scott Baio) and Buddy's (Willie Aames) history teacher changes their team assignment from a written to an oral report, Charles insists that Buddy deliver the speech. Buddy, who learns about Charles' fear of speaking in public from Lillian (Ellen Travolta), decides to apply his study of psychology to the problem.
