Kip and Sue would like to see their living room, that they don't use too often, revamped. Kip is a self-employed builder who also keeps calves. Kip and Sue would like to see their living room, that they don't use too often, revamped. Kip is a self-employed builder who also keeps calves. Sue is a medical receptionist and knows everyone in the village.

Nearby in Ash Cottage, we have Ann and Andrew. Andrew is multi-talented. He's a chiropodist and surfs for Wales. Anne is studying for a PHD in marine biology. They also want their living room done.

Linda Barker helps Kip and Sue with Ann and Andrew's cottage. Linda reveals pale blue and green paints for the room. They add a bit of gray to the paint to tone it down. They redo the sofa a bit, reupholster a chair and create new shutters. They line the top of the walls with pond liner and little squared mirror tiles. Andy builds a new coffee table with slate and leftover bits of wood.

Graham Wynne is the designer in Kip and Sue's living room. They rip off cabinets from the wall. They start taking out a wall and find huge wasps nests, however all the wasps are dead. Andrew asks friends to help build out the newly discovered fireplace. Ann and Andrew are part of the lifeboat crew and during filming were called away to sea to help the crew. Graham and Andy are left to finish up. They mix up a bit of self-leveling concrete for the floor. Graham outlines a flagstone look into the concrete. They also built a new dining room table.… Expand
