    Not as good as the first two season, not as funny.
    It had a more serious tone. I wouldn't have minded if they had balanced it out with humour.
    The beginning of the season spent too much time on Sharon's possible infidelity. Rob's unsuccessful search for a new job didn't do it for me, either. It felt there was much less happening, the plot was kind of stalling halfway through. I hope    Not as good as the first two season, not as funny.

    The 9 and 10 reviews are b---s---t shills who didn't even watch Season 3. I watched it and it's decidedly darker with Rob's having a drinking problem. This has turned into a series that I feel more obligated to watch to season's end than genuinely wanting to watch. Look, there are some fun parts but the two dwell on their "personal parts" way too much for their age and responsibilities.The 9 and 10 reviews are b---s---t shills who didn't even watch Season 3. I watched it and it's decidedly darker with Rob's having a drinking problem. This has turned into a series that I feel more obligated to watch to season's end than genuinely wanting to watch. Look, there are some fun parts but the two dwell on their "personal parts" way too much for their age and responsibilities. Also, the show is kind of aimless, it doesn't really have a clear goal it's shooting for. Given the final scene that's due to Rob's drinking problem, this is where season 4 will pick up and I'm just not interested in going down that hole with them - or really anything with them anymore, I've lost interest in the characters so I'm out with season 3.… Expand

    The ending of Season 3 is impactful, to say the least. After a season of examining the constant awareness of responsibility outside oneself, each episode carries a potency beyond its length, dialogue, or content--especially the last one.

    As the season progresses, writers/actors Sharon Horgan and Rob Delaney deftly show the couple mending trust even as one party maintains a secret that, one expects, will eventually become a “little corpse.” ... B-plots involving the couple’s friends and family members prove mostly uproarious, as well.
