Summary: Cartoonstitute is a showcase for animated shorts featuring work by the likes of Craig McCracken, creator of The Powerpuff Girls and Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends, and Rob Renzetti, creator of My life As A Teenage Robot. The project will enlist six core animators with the goal of producing 150 animated shorts in 20 months.
