One of Brooklyn Nine-Nine's better season. It's well written and funny. A great show and a strong season. The character dynamic is built so well at this point the show moves at a consistent high quality rhythm.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This is definitely the show's best season. The comedy is still fast and funny, but the story this season needs to be discussed as well. From adressing fatherhood, to police discrimination in society, and ofcourse the great great story arc in the final few episodes, this season to me solidified 9-9's status as one of the top sitcoms on current TV. There is really very little left to say about Brooklyn Nine-Nine as we enter the fourth season of what has become one of TVs most reliably funny sitcoms. If you've been a fan up to this point you won't be disappointed.

Perhaps, I should have given this a 6. But the way this shows holds onto pop culture and self references has instilled in me a sense of nostalgia that is a tad biased.
I don't have critical or constructive to say about this show anymore. Except that it has peaked and has crested and it should end on a high and say farewell to its huge fan base.
You know, more of the same - if you like

If the show isn’t nearly as funny in the first two episodes of Season 4 as the excellent third season, it’s only because the entire cast isn’t together, volleying potent guffaws. For the most part, however, the comedy series feels the same while making minor changes in each episode.
