Summary: Little Joe's girlfriend Ann is molested and killed by an explosives expert who tries to pass himself off as a concerned visitor. Ann's uncle Fred is the only person who can identify the murderer, but, after suffering a stroke, is only able to name the song the killer was whistling. In the meantime, deaths continue to mount.
