Having wrapped up the big conspiracy at the end of last season and giving most of the cast their “happily ever after” ending, putting Roman in the drivers seat as the main villain is stretching things a bit. He certainly is trying to align himself with money and power, but the premise that he is just trying to get back at his sister for wiping his memory and trying to save him is weak given the lengths he is willing to go to make his point.
That being said, the weekly challenges the team is given are fairly interesting. This is what saves the show. Too bad I cannot buy that Roman still has the connections to get all these issues set up in tattoo puzzles and at least a seasons worth of these puzzles are already on her body. Roman is a shrewd warrior, but has shown little aptitude to create puzzles at this level.
In summary, like the action, like the puzzles, but absolutely don’t buy that Roman is behind all this.… Expand
