Sep 18, 2022Dr. Ryan Stone (Sandra Bullock) is a brilliant medical engineer on her first shuttle mission, with veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky (George Clooney) in command of his last flight before retiring. But on a seemingly routine spacewalk, disaster strikes. The shuttle is destroyed, leaving Stone and Kowalsky completely alone - tethered to nothing

Oct 14, 2018Black Mirror is back with its third season, which continues to deliver more thought-provoking content and discomforting, dark social commentary on technology in our society.

Jan 28, 2018Preserves the influence of Twilight Zone with his critic and fears to technology, with stories with ironic, collapsing ending. Pay attention to Shut up and dance.
-
Jan 2, 2018I love the pessimistic take on a trend in our modern, digital, tech-heavy lives. It's like Philip K Dick + William Gibson + The Twilight Zone.

Dec 27, 2017Right mix of darkness and light tone, cleverly made and great direction for each episodes.! Definitely a must watch.

May 1, 2017Just as good as previous seasons...now with bigger budget it was nice to see what they have been able to do.Kinda loved that this season felt kind of more happier then previous ones. Nosedive and San Junipero didnt leave me depressed after watching them hehe but then on the other hand Shut up and dance was totally opposite. Lets hope season 4 is as good as this one.

Mar 31, 2017I've waited a lot to get Netflix and this show was on the top of my list. It's so good. Seriously. The idea behind this serie, the mocking of pop culture, is very unique. This should have more seasons, definitely.

Jan 27, 2017'Black Mirror' is that rare example that a TV show doesn't need to have a full story throughout seasons to be great, magnificent entertainment. And it is actually pretty scary and bold to explore technology not in the colorful way it is being promoted.
-
Jan 23, 2017Netflix's acquisition of Charlie Brooker's Black Mirror allows for genre-hopping. In this case, it works as it allows for more complex ideas to be portrayed while appealing to a mass audience. Furthermore, the sense of discomfort of the realism of the issues faced isn't lost by this new format.

Dec 17, 2016I'm rating this season a 10 because of the episode "Shut up and dance."
It's one of the best episodes of TV I've seen in a long time. Alex Lawther needs to win something for this. -

Nov 1, 2016W.O.W. I am blown away by this season. My God. I found the first episode to be the least good, but that isn't saying much, cos it was good. However, the final episode blew my mind. My God. I think it's probably the best story so far in the series. This show just gets better and better. Big kudos to the creators and writers. You're doing God's work.

Oct 31, 2016As with all anthology series certain episodes will appeal more to different people but overall this was another strong season of Black Mirror. Personally I thought the endings to a couple of the episodes were a little disappointing but all of the episodes offered a good hour of entertaining drama (or dark comedy in one case) and will certainly give audiences pause for thought.

Oct 26, 2016The most interesting thing about this show is how the characters were developed throughout each episode. It's so good that it actually makes everything very believable.

Oct 25, 2016If this is being compared to the same old recycled dramas that get put out on TV then this has to be a 10/10. Lots of great concepts here, And to me, great sci-fi is about great concepts. Executed very well. Highly recommend the whole season. Episode 4 is a highlight for me. Gugu mbatha-raw is super attractive in this episode.
-
Oct 24, 2016This season is not as good as the first and second season. The episodes are boring and badly conceived. Of the six episodes released so far by Netflix, I liked only two or three. I hope the episodes that are to come change my mind.
-
Oct 23, 2016Depressing as **** If you prefer your media to distract you from the bleakness of reality, pick something else. If you don't mind wallowing in abject misery for a few hours, you could do a lot worse than Black Mirror.

Oct 22, 2016This series has a way of describing just how much horrible our world can be, and it touches some issues that we take for granted like the social media obsession, and it is all brilliantly exposed through some creative writing and directing all blended with a talented cast, even-thought there is always a new subject, it always keeps us somehow hungry for more, just brilliant!
-
Oct 22, 2016Great story-line with smart misdirection and thought provoking content. very well directed and shot. touches on very controversial issues about humans and their interactions with the world.
-
Oct 22, 2016Unique and Innovative - Black Mirror Series 3 is intense, provocative and moving. This series once again takes the watcher though 6 uncomfortable chapters that disorientate your perspective, provokes laughter at uneasy situations before plunging you into moments of fear, alarm and anguish. Charlie Brooker is a superstar in the making.
-
Oct 21, 2016As poignant and discomforting as ever, Black Mirror delivers another batch of excellent episodes, with one minor exception. But its willingness to ask hard questions makes me all the more willing to search for answers myself. The third season is a welcome return of Brooker's masterful series.
-
Oct 21, 2016Black Mirror is full of inspirations, the hard truths and keen observations of our day to day lives.loved it first and love it now and forevermore.Zaryab

In its third season, which reflects its new home’s disdain for modesty with much longer episodes and its most extended season yet, there’s less consistency than in past outings but a more prominently demonstrated desire to swing for the fences.
-
The payoff--Black Mirror promises no happy endings but the conclusions are always thought-provoking--is worth it.
-
No show of this sort scores only home runs, but mirror's batting average is very high. [24 Oct-6 Nov 2016, p.17]
