Summary: The group sits around the kitchen table, sharing their life stories. Eddie tells the others he lost his leg to bone cancer at age 11. Jordan tells the group she's a triathlete.
There's a test for the residents, à la the reward challenges on "Survivor." There's a test for the residents, à la the reward challenges on "Survivor." They have to decipher a cryptographic message that tells them where some money is. (The money apparently lets them buy food from the producers.) They figure it out, but realize they have to wait until morning to dig it up. At the end of the day, Karen ends up in the red room, crying about her kids.

George and Curtis get up early to dig up the money in the garden.
George gives an impassioned speech about his children and begins to cry. This sends Karen to the red room again, crying as well.
Girl Talk: Karen hates beauty pageants and doesn't know Jamie is a beauty queen. Jordan confides to Jamie that she's a stripper (exotic dancer).

Today's Challenge is building a clock using two raw potatoes as the battery in five minutes. If they succeed they will be told the time of day, but if they fail they have to wait a week to set the clock; Challenge Completed.

Dress-up time with Brittany: Brittany dresses up Karen in a wig and kewpie lips. George gets his hands on the wig, dons sunglasses and calls himself "No Soul"; with a few posture pointers from William, he does the funky chicken.
