Summary: Theo and Cleo decide that Leona and Lionel are ready to take on some responsibility. They give them a pet parakeet and the book What Parakeets Need by Freeman van Fleet. Leona quickly names the parrot Sweety Tweety. Lionel is disgusted by such a cutesy name, but decides that Tweety Sweety could work. As the two continue the debate, theyTheo and Cleo decide that Leona and Lionel are ready to take on some responsibility.
