Summary: Kate (Charlotte Salt) and her dad Warren (Hugo Speer) are having trouble renting out the flats of Bedlam Heights because people have heard about the building's past. That hasn't deterred Kate and her friends though, but it should. Their new flat is haunted and a ghost is out to hurt them.
