Absolutely horrendous quality, the pacing of the scenes, the clunky half-assed dialogue, character developement that never happens but seems to regress on the precipice of being pseudo organic.
Its not even a superhero show anymore, its a joke. the fight scenes are lazy, the characters are wasted potential. It just pales in comparison to its first 2 seasons. shame.

Bad, really bad! So bad I stopped watching it. The main villain Damien Darhk is so boring. Arrow has become a show were Olicity matters more than anything. Also, the first 8 episodes' plot was only based on setting up Legends of Tomorrow and its heroes. That was lame. Disappointing season.

Arrow Season 4: This is the weakest season so far. There is way too much masks and outfits going around it almost looks ridiculous and as one big Masked Ball. In addition, no one seems to stay dead anymore! They have killed Moira, which I think was remarkable and revived Sara who is really unnecessary especially after her sister picked up where she left off. I personally never liked her.Arrow Season 4: This is the weakest season so far. There is way too much masks and outfits going around it almost looks ridiculous and as one big Masked Ball. They have killed Moira, which I think was remarkable and revived Sara who is really unnecessary especially after her sister picked up where she left off. I personally never liked her. Looks, voice, her outfit resembles more to a stripper than to a fighter. Another big big miss is the Felicity and Oliver relationship. Their love was justified with some chemistry going on between the two-according to producers!!!! Please, what a chemistry?! They are a complete miss and she is even emerging as the boss of all lately, so annoying. I think she should be cancelled. I won't even waste time to comment on the character of her mother and pointless appearance on the show, no matter how they try to justify that later on. Arrow is lame throughout the season because of this relationship too. Marriage, the child....what is this going towards "Supernaturally stirred soap opera!!!"
Someone remarked about the flashbacks too, totally agree. They are like an attempt to justify additions due to draining of ideas to keep the script floating based on the wonderful start. Lastly, the story is all over the place.

I really don't know how much more of this I can take. I have this weird suspicion that the actors are in control of the story and writing the script as they are filming. It's day-time soap quality dialog. "Do you want to talk about it? Resurrected siblings are kind of in my wheelhouse." The cross-over episodes make the Flash better, but they make Arrow worse. There is something about the chummy, non-threatening tone of all the shows on the CW that makes my eyes roll and my hands clap like a simpleton all at once. I think I'm clapping my hands less and less these days. Expand

I gave up watching Arrow after the end of Season Two when the League of Assassins emerged as part of the plot and Oliver ends up in a life and death struggle with the head of the group. The introduction of Ray Palmer and his romance with Felicity was another factor in my decision to stop watching. I always felt that Felicity and Barry Allen should hook up thus allowing more cross-over episodes between Arrow and The Flash. Ray Palmer’s character reminds me of the way Brendon Routh played Clark Kent in “Superman Returns”; which was just a copy-cat version of how Christopher Reeve portrayed Clark when Reeve was Superman. Another weak season filled with terrible back story, A weak continuing plot from the laughing stock called season 3, and no character development. Arrow has fallen into this very weak formula and it's slowly killing the show. Stop with all this Sci-Fi junk and get back to what made the show so good in the first - Bad ass villains and great fights.

Again just hell and no! Weak villain, silly magic, side kicks everywhere. Just go back to the Arrow and Diggle formula like season one and two. Keep the drama tight, focused and the action realistically grounded. This is even worse than season three and to take part of a quote out of this season. Can someone make the Arrow great again? What happened to this show? The title should be Felicity and Friends.... awful action, hammy villain, bad acting, kill of a legacy comic character to pander to online lunatics. And don't get me started on Felicity and her family.....

While The Flash’s adventures are obviously based heavily around special effects, this series continues to keep things grounded, and the fight scenes remain as exciting and well choreographed as ever. The premiere may be heavy on character development, but it also prioritizes action, and that’s not a bad thing.
