America's Next Top Model allows bully models to remain in the house. ANTM allows the models house to be a hostile environment. ANTM punishes the victims instead of removing the perpetrator. This can clearly be seen in Season 14 involving RenAmerica's Next Top Model allows bully models to remain in the house. ANTM allows the models house to be a hostile environment. ANTM punishes the victims instead of removing the perpetrator. This can clearly be seen in Season 14 involving Ren who was sent home because she was unhappy about how she was being treated in the house. Girls shouldn't have to suck it up and endure the negativity and physical threats that the other girls in the house give out. The victim shouldn't have to endure the unkind environment. ANTM are letting it all happen, watching it happen, and are they themselves bullies by not addressing the issue and inturn sending home the victim because she was unhappy with the hosttile environment in the housee and how she was being treated by he other girls. Ren because unhappy because of the environment which then lead to her depression bringing out other issues about being unloved by her Mom. Ren was treated as an outcast in the house just as she associated that rejection from her Mom. I kept hoping Tyra was going to set the group down and set the rules that shouting and threats and unkindness and disrespect toward each other would not be tolerated. Any one acting in that manner should be sent home, if continued. ANTM is the reason for Ren' failure. Ren never had a chance from day one with the bully in the house who in turn instigated more condescending behavior. ANTM should have nipped it in the but from day one, but they stood by and penalized the victim. Ren may have very well been a TOP Model. She never got her chance because of the hostile environment. ANTM should give her a second chance in a respectful environment where bullying is not allowed. This has happened on many other episodes. But it really stood out here because Ren was picked on because others saw her as the teachers pet, at first, being hand picked by the Tyra. That made Ren a target especially with being on the quiet and shy side. Shame on ANTM for standing aside and allowing hostile environments to work in. This could have been a very good episode if it didn't have the first bad apple girls that made other girls rotten as time passed. So because it was bad from the beginning because of the bad apple girls then the lack of intervention from ANTM I must rate the entire 14 season 0. Allowing hostile work environments is that serious.… Expand
