The expertly tuned controls, the amazing graphics, addictive offline and online game modes, Gotham TV and top notch audio all add up to create one of the Xbox 360's top launch games.- Xbox World Australia

NHL 2K6 seems more like a game made for the original Xbox. While the game play is still fantastic, the new features brought to the table by the Xbox 360 version in my opinion, do not warrant the extra 30 dollars.- Xbox World Australia

Its last-generational visuals aside, the game offers intense shoot-outs, horseback chases and loads of explosions all packaged in a succinct, and rather violent, story.- Xbox World Australia

As a whole, however, Need for Speed: Most Wanted comes across as extremely polished and very fun.- Xbox World Australia

The people listed as Quality Assurance in the back of True Crime: New York City's manual should all be fired, or shot in the kneecaps, because there is no game on the Xbox more bug-ridden, glitched, and downright broken than this one.- Xbox World Australia

An ultimately flawed platformer that falls short of its goals of innovation and another game that is marred by its attempts to appear darker and more mature.- Xbox World Australia

The pursuit mode stands out as the best feature, which sadly is not incorporated into multiplayer, which not coincidentally is the weakest aspect of the game.- Xbox World Australia

It is an unsurpassed military simulator with the kind of refined controls and gameplay that only comes from years of productive development time.- Xbox World Australia

I find it such a shame that EA take the great and imaginative world of Harry Potter and choose to merely give us these tired half-efforts of a game, when there are so many more interesting ways they could use their license.- Xbox World Australia

The perfect consumable for those seeking some "Deadwood"-esque action. It's lewd, crude and, well, something that rhymes with those two words.- Xbox World Australia

It's the perfect metaphor for the New Rare; solid, competent, but not brilliant or innovative.- Xbox World Australia

The story is told badly and some of the additions and changes are almost criminal. The graphics generally look awful with splashes of beauty, like the sight of a supermodel purging.- Xbox World Australia

Poor controls, shonky camera, lacklustre presentation and a whole bunch of glaring bugs and glitches spoil what is at times a pretty good fun action shooter.- Xbox World Australia

The story mode is new and refreshing offering a narrative to the events from a side of the story that we've experienced, but never on a personal level such as this and this was the most enjoyable part of the game for myself.- Xbox World Australia

A massive improvement on the lacklustre 'Finest Hour', and provides a solid, highly enjoyable singleplayer campaign.- Xbox World Australia

It doesn't really bring a lot of new ideas to the third-person action game genre but the period of history it depicts is interesting and the decision to incorporate mythological elements was a good one.- Xbox World Australia

It contains more depth than I ever thought it would. The destructible levels break apart satisfyingly and the combo system for each character provides loads of offensive and defensives moves to learn.- Xbox World Australia

A pretty addictive action game with a rather dark sense of humour that actually works well most of the time, and good comedy in video games can be very hard to come by.- Xbox World Australia

It's still the same game it always was...for better or worse...and the core experience- the mechanics, the visuals, the sound, the ego- remain entirely unchanged. Make no mistake: this is just Fable, with a fancy subtitle and some new content.- Xbox World Australia

Serious Sam 2 may be a pun prickling pap of a sequel, but it delivers exactly what it promises –mindless action and plenty of it. It's got guns, several shiny things to ogle over, and a cavalcade of monster scum to slaughter. But its slapstick humor alone cannot save this game from its incessant repetitiveness and less than innovative gameplay; albeit it is executed rather well.- Xbox World Australia

But L.A. Rush strays too much from the roots of the series and instead focuses too much on a sub-culture that had lately been flogged in almost every game. It doesn't help that the main character that comes off as a bit of a tosser.- Xbox World Australia
