We defy you not to enjoy Pure. In an age where simulation reigns supreme, Pure's over the top arcade fun is a refreshing change of pace. Somehow Black Rock has managed to make a game that is infectious, spreading the joy to all who touch it, even to onlookers who gather around the TV in awe at the incredible visuals.- VideoGamer

If you're after a simple, lively party game, give Samba De Amigo a shot, but if you're after a precise, addictive high score rhythm game like Guitar Hero, look elsewhere.- VideoGamer

Buzz! Quiz TV isn't quite the brilliant PS3 debut we wanted it to be, but it's still one of the best quiz games on the market. Its superb production values and impressive online functionality, including user created quizzes, make it a must own for anyone who watches quiz shows on a regular basis or anyone who fancies themselves as a bit of an egghead.- VideoGamer

All told, though, Rhapsody's charm and characters do just enough to keep you going through the relatively short 14 hour experience. It won't be for everyone, clearly, and probably not every old school JRPG fan, either, but it's worth a punt.- VideoGamer

It doesn't make particularly good use of the stylus, and the graphics won't blow you away, but if you're a Batman fan you won't find a better Batman game on the system.- VideoGamer

As fun as it is in short bursts, it's nowhere near as complete and enjoyable as one of the home console games when played with friends.- VideoGamer

de Blob isn't all it could have been, mainly down to the odd awkward jump and a slightly too simplistic first half, but it's still an extremely polished and well put together game.- VideoGamer

Civilization IV: Colonization takes a classic game and updates it for 2008, without screwing around with the things that made it great in the first place. Because it does this, we like it a lot. If you like absorbing strategy games, then you probably will too.- VideoGamer

Wii owners expecting a motion controlled tour de force will be quite disappointed. For the most part you play as if the Wii Remote is a standard controller, only using its special abilities when you need to shake something, aim a throw or steer a vehicle.- VideoGamer

While it's not as imaginative, challenging or as well designed as New Super Mario Bros., still the best platformer on the console, it's a solid addition to the DS' impressive library of platform games.- VideoGamer

As a game to please fans Introversion probably has another hit on its hands, but Multiwinia is unlikely to broaden its fanbase too considerably.- VideoGamer

If you like the idea of messing with some storm troopers to the extent that it verges on Force-fuelled torture we recommend you give The Force Unleashed a look.- VideoGamer

Guilty Gear fans are going to be disappointed with Battle Fantasia, of that there is no doubt. Despite looking like it should be an incredibly hardcore fighter, what with the heavy anime-influence and Japanese voice work, it turns out that it's heavy on accessibility, with only the parry system requiring any practice.- VideoGamer

If you previously held off from buying The Witcher on the grounds of the English localisation being sub-par, then now be assured that the Enhanced Edition not only restores the game to what it should have been like in the first place, but also makes it even better.- VideoGamer

While Clear Sky's myriad of minor bugs and flaws may irk, they do not render the game unplayable, so while things could have ultimately been a lot more polished and well considered in execution, there's still a lot to like.- VideoGamer

In terms of gameplay Midway is off to a solid start, putting together a control system that's both easy to grasp and hard to master. With more variety in the roster, an improved move set and more game modes future TNA games could take the wrestling belt, but for now it'll have to make do with being a very worthy challenger.- VideoGamer
