Vasara Collection contains 2 incredibly fun classic shoot 'em ups that aren't very well known which makes this collection even more worthwhile. So, if you're an arcade shooter fan then buying this compilation should be a no-brainer.

If you want to see how fun NeoGeo shmups can be then you need to play Prehistoric Isle 2. It's one of the best games in the genre.

It's certainly a good-looking and challenging shoot 'em up but Pulstar isn't quite as fun as many other NeoGeo shooters.

Aero Fighters 2 is an enjoyable and funny shmup that's perfect for genre newbies as its degree of difficulty isn't very high.

Although Last Resort is a solid shoot 'em up, it's nothing more than an R-Type wannabe that definitely hasn't aged as well.

Crystal Crisis is definitely a step up from Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo although that step is a rather small one so it ends up feeling more like a retro copycat than a new and exciting puzzler. That being said, playing it is still a ton of fun, especially in multiplayer.

Although its sense of uneasiness is well done, everything else about Shadows 2: Perfidia is far too basic to be thoroughly enjoyable.

Enter the Gungeon was a super-fun game back in 2016 and now, it's even better. So, if you still haven't played it and you have a fondness for roguelike twin-stick shooters, picking up a copy of this delightful package is a must. [Physical Edition]

Even if you suffer from bone spurs, going to war as the kickass President Michael Wilson in Metal Wolf Chaos XD is supremely enjoyable. That being said, it can be rather unforgiving at times and some patience is required to learn its ins and outs.

I had a ton of fun with Forager for the first 10 hours or so but once I got to the point when the pacing becomes tedious, that fun quickly came to a halt. Nevertheless, I would still recommend Forager to fans of similar games.
