It's hard to knock Smooth Operators for its complexity when most sims have been streamlined to the point where they're hardly interactive. Its biggest issues are early issues: there simply isn't much to do at the start, and you don't have the resources you need if things start to spiral out of control.- TouchArcade

There's a great deal of work and craft on display, and you absolutely should not hesitate to download it for free to give it a shot, quirks and all.- TouchArcade

Controls aside, Sine Mora is an excellent shooter, a great port, and just an overall fun game to play. The story and presentation rock, the mechanics are sound, and the game's supplemental Arcade, Score Attack, and Boss Training modes offer a wealth of replayability beyond the fascinating story mode. If you have even the slightest interest in a shooter, Sine Mora needs to be checked out.- TouchArcade

Make no mistake, Solstice Arena isn't a full-blown MOBA. Still, I think there's enough here in the actual gameplay to overlook a some of the missing elements and quirky design decisions.- TouchArcade

If I was more aware of the missing content this review may have been a bit easier to swallow. But expectations are everything, and if Breach & Clear expected what little it gave us to be OK for now… it expected wrongly. Sadly, though, some of us also expected the wrong thing.- TouchArcade

Leisure Suit Larry: Reloaded provides a heap of content for the cash and even if only to check out a piece of videogaming history, if you're into point'n click adventure gaming, it's worth a peek.- TouchArcade

Heavy Metal heroes is a fun game, it's even a good game, there's just not enough meat to it's metal bones.- TouchArcade

There are five tutorials, which barely count as levels, and another 25 stages across five worlds. I was shocked by how well every level distinguished itself, even within worlds. Every new screen was like beginning a newly reset game of Mouse Trap, but with setup exorcised in favor of pure Goldbergian fun.- TouchArcade

As it stands, Call of Mini Zombies 2 offers too much of a grind with too little of an incentive to keep playing. When (if?) multiplayer finally debuts, Zombies 2 might have enough to be worth a download. However, for now, there's just not enough there except for the most diehard of fans.- TouchArcade

With Gentlemen!, it shows a sense of honor as well. Certainly, there may be a limit to the insults that would require a game such as this (sadly it cannot be used to address the insults one must endure online), but for Gentlemen! it might just be worth inventing a few new reasons to take offense.- TouchArcade

Pacific Rim is just another 'grab the cash and run' film tie-in. Sure, there is some fun to be had smashing Kaiju about the head but the lackluster controls, mind-numbing repetitiveness, and evil IAP system make this one movie tie-in game that should have well and truly been left on the cutting room floor.- TouchArcade

It all comes together to create a game that has a really mellow atmosphere, but challenging and active enough gameplay to keep you involved.- TouchArcade

The game is very promising, though, and I feel confident the developer is going to see it through to its potential. What's here is great when it works, and it's a wonderful thing to buy an app and know you've got everything, lock, stock, and barrel these days.- TouchArcade

At the end of the day, Kavinsky is a shiny, shallow, yet highly enjoyable romp through the 1980s and well worth picking up, especially considering that the game is totally free and there is no IAP to speak of.- TouchArcade

Sure, Dungeonism has a few small issues like the above-mentioned difficulty curve and a tutorial system that could be organized better, but overall it's an excellent title and well worth checking out.- TouchArcade

It's big, meaty, fun, and crazy in the right way, and quite worthy of its legacy. It's a shame this particular release is a bit of a slap in the face, but if you haven't played this one yet, and you dig JRPGs, dragons, or both, jump in.- TouchArcade

If you're a Deus Ex fan who was upset that the new game is mobile only, I still think it's worth giving a chance, and you might be pleasantly surprised. Impressions in our forums have been overwhelmingly positive, and for all future top-tier action games on iOS, the bar has been set high with the release of Deus Ex: The Fall.- TouchArcade

Even though I enjoyed it quite a lot, I don't want to oversell the game. It's not an innovative title by any means, but while it's hewing the line pretty closely, it does so quite well. It could do with a little more challenge and a few less cliches, but it's probably one of Kemco's stronger releases to date on iOS.- TouchArcade

In all fairness, if you don't like endless runners, you won't like Garfield's Wild Ride, but if you do, there is a whole heap of fun to be had without spending a single penny over the initial purchase price, though you may very well feel the urge to part with those hard earned bucks after playing this charming little game.- TouchArcade

You'll have a great time with Moscow Dash on your first playthrough. Unfortunately, apart from cleaning up Game Center achievements, there isn't really a lot of incentive to replay the game once you've finished it, apart from the actual joy of playing.- TouchArcade

In summary, Colin McRae Rally is a good game but with the series' heritage, it should have been a fantastic game. Perhaps the reason there wasn't a major fanfare about the iOS release was it was just cash-cow milking experiment.- TouchArcade

If you were looking for a Professor Layton game, I regret to say you won't find anything like it here. If, however, you liked Ace Attorney and want something along similar lines, this is probably of interest to you. Be forewarned, it's not nearly as challenging, robust, or manically enjoyable as that series, but it serves the appetite well enough.- TouchArcade

Until that system or something else suitable is incorporated in Samurai Shodown II though, you have a very pretty piece of videogame history that is probably best left to one of its re-releases on a console with physical controls, or if you have the cash, a real Neo Geo console.- TouchArcade

Running around for coins is cool and all, but Treasure Tower Sprint eventually goes a different route. It makes you work for them, think for them. Fight for them, even. If it had that much faith in our lust for loot from the start, it could be a mighty game. As it is, it glimmers, but it isn't always gold.- TouchArcade

Overall, Dead on Sight is a solid zombie sniper game. The action and gameplay are great. So is the comic book. I just wish there was a little more of it – outside of mini games. Our community has been chatting about Dead on Sight on our forums so be sure to check out what everyone is saying.- TouchArcade
