Simply put, it's one of the best fighters to grace the console. It'll keep you coming back for more over and over, but I did find myself wishing there were more characters and more of the story. Still, as a fighter, it hits all of the high marks.

At a nice price point and providing a polished product, Lara Croft makes a triumphant return from semi-obscurity. Clever level and challenge design with the promise of more to come makes this a contender for PSN Game of the Year status.

For such a simple concept, The Last Guy certainly does make for an entertaining experience.

You don't want to miss this one. Once the patches roll in and clear up the issues we'll have something truly special here. I'm giving DICE the benefit of the doubt with some problems because I think they'll be cleared up in the not-too-distant future.

I'm going to bite the bullet on this one and say that Up Your Arsenal does not top the standards set by "Going Commando." Don't, I repeat, do not take this as a sign of UYA being a bad game, because by all means, it is not.

Flawed, yes, but far closer to perfection than I ever would have thought given earlier peeks at the game, Heavy Rain is a monumental accomplishment. It takes familiar situations, bits of gameplay and tones, and melds them into something... unique.

I pray this is the direction adventure games are going. The production values and attention to detail recall classics like Blade Runner, and not since that game have I wanted to live in a world like this. Buy this game.

A great refinement to the first game and great at using the Vita features without being an impediment or feeling forced, Mutant Blobs Attack is the best value on the Vita right now, and a must-buy for most owners.

There is a lot to do in R3 and most of it is enjoyable. Sure, there are parts that could have used some work, but you'll probably have too much fun to take notice of them most of the time.

Buy this game, if only for the fact that it's the best of its kind, but like me, you'll probably find that after pouring literally dozens of hours into the game, you'll find yourself searching for something a bit meatier, and I don't just mean bigger combos and larger levels, but something that really revamps the genre like it did almost five years ago.

Black Ops II isn't a revelation; what you'll play here is largely what you've played before. There's simply so much to play, though, that it's impossible to deny that Treyarch has finally given us a Call on par with the best of 'em.

I chuckled a little less, partly because the game does have a little more of a bite to it (the change in political climate probably has something to do with it), but I still enjoyed the portable version of Vice City every bit as much as the PS2 version.

This is the closest thing we've got right now to an offline MMORPG. That means a stupid huge amount of gameplay for the money, and with a huge story and hundreds of hours of exploration to be had, good luck finding a better value.

What a treat we PS2 gamers get when titles like this come along. An experience as wholly unique and filled with personality as this needs to be cherished, and there's no more perfect way to spend your cash right now.

DiRT Showdown is the most fun I've had with a racing game since Burnout Paradise, a great looking game that nails the entertainment aspect of video gaming head-on.

I can't hammer home enough the point that though this is very much a sports sim, it's still both accessible and deep enough that neither the casual nor hardcore crowds will be dissuaded. It's easily one of the PS3's strongest titles.

Lack of Infrastructure keeps this from a perfect score, but MLB 11: The Show is the baseball game for those who love the game, and even more so for those who don't. A truly professional package that sets the standard for all other sports games.

Skullgirls is proof of what an independent developer with an ear to the people can produce. It was simply engineered in a superior manner, by a team with more freedom than those from larger companies enjoy.

Technical hurdles keep the game from being as fluid and immersive as Ico was, but it's still a triumph of game design that ten years from now will still be recalled fondly. This is a game for everyone, and everyone needs to buy it. Now.

inFAMOUS is many things; a superhero epic, a decent into indulging one's dark side, a comic book fable and an electrically-charged shooter. Above all else, though, it's a next-gen platformer -- something the PS3 was lacking until now.

You might wish for it to be a mite bit more complex, but this is the most soothing puzzle/music fusion to hit the genre so far. Haunting melodies and mesmerizing visuals combine with solid single and multiplayer action for an excellent package.
