For a cerebral experience like no other and a simple, addictive gameplay setup, Covenant of the Plume is an excellent choice.- Thunderbolt

It's expanded beyond any plausible scientific explanation, with what is left being a cumbersome, grotesque mish-mash of disparate elements, barely strung together and about as subtle as a hammer to the thumb.- Thunderbolt

It can be gruelingly repetitive. But it's a game with quirky charm; if you are persistent, you are always compelled to see what happens next, and what the next dungeon looks like.- Thunderbolt

A multi-player crowd-pleaser. Mind you, even that is outshone by the benchmark title of the DC's "Virtua Tennis 2" (yes, even though I know they're practically the same game).- Thunderbolt

Case Zero doesn't add much to the Dead Rising 2 experience, but it's cheap and offers lots of fun and replayability.- Thunderbolt

The problem is that such controls aren’t finely tuned enough for the task at hand; the sluggish response times, awkward camera angles, and limited movements kill much of the potential fun.- Thunderbolt

In a generation of finely tuned animation and seamless open-world environments, a cheeky taste of days gone has more appeal than simply nostalgia. Now pass me a quarter.- Thunderbolt

For a title that offers equal billing to both pirates and zombies, the latter get left backstage for a large portion of the game.- Thunderbolt

It just feels like an incomplete work that got too much artistic style and far too little gaming substance.- Thunderbolt

At least the unlockables provide a good reason to keep coming back for more. It’s hardly a perfect game, but it’s still fun. The pilots of Sky Crawlers were right; the war might not be real, but it’s still entertaining.- Thunderbolt

Binary Domain ultimately feels as if it's pandering to schizophrenic expectations. It aims for the stars, incorporating a jack of all trades mentality, but in a market crowded with third-person shooters, this lacks the quality to stand out. In the end, it's more I, Robot than Blade Runner - an enjoyable romp, but far from a classic.- Thunderbolt

Throne of Agony is arguably the best Action-RPG available on the PSP at the moment, and if you're a fan of the genre it'd be a criminal to skip this in favour of some of the more derivative fair that clutters the Sony release schedule from time to time.- Thunderbolt

The minds behind this game took what was arguably the best puzzle game on the DS, modified it to fit with a Disney theme, and managed to not screw it up.- Thunderbolt

The graphics are appealing, the community is helpful and the game doesn’t bog you down with superfluous gameplay mechanics. If you’re a fan of playing turn-based games against other people, then this is one title worthy of your attention.- Thunderbolt

In the end, Ridge Racer 6 isn’t a broken game in any sense, it’s just boring and I don’t care to play it.- Thunderbolt

Rocketbirds doesn't bring anything new nor does it break any ground, however it's a niche experience in its own right and more importantly it delivers as a title that will occupy your time.- Thunderbolt

Katamari Forever has some of the best gameplay you’ll ever find in the series. So if you’ve never played any of the other games, give this a go. Katamari is on the roll again.- Thunderbolt

It’s a shame those moments aren’t more frequent, though, because I really wanted to like Dying Light more than I did. I still wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it if you’re in need of some schlocky fun, there are just some caveats clutching on to this recommendation that even a bloody hatchet won’t fix.- Thunderbolt

This is the kind of expansion that, if you haven't played Mass Effect 3 yet, you should add this to your first experience through the game. If you have played through Mass Effect 3 already, this will help make sense of some unanswered questions.- Thunderbolt

SingStar: Queen is clearly just a track pack, offering nothing new to the series. If you’re a fan of the group and don’t already own any of the songs for the game then it may be a worthy purchase. For anybody just wanting their most well known songs, then it’s probably best to save your money and buy the songs from the SingStore.- Thunderbolt

The lack of any classic game mode will likely deflate many a player’s determination to persevere over an extended time period, which means this is one for the purists. Even in light of all all its shortcomings it’s all so easy to fall in love again.- Thunderbolt

A wonderful game, yet it lacks the kind of attention that other DS titles enjoy. The story is awful mishmash of a coming-of-age plot blended with science fiction and utterly generic characters.- Thunderbolt
