I’m a big fan of the Tolkien universe, and I really wished Gollum, a game that no one wanted and asked for, would at least meet my already low expectations. I sincerely hoped to find a decent game hidden underneath all the technical issues. I also hoped that fixing the crashes and some of its other problems would eventually lead to an enjoyable experience. Alas, this game does not seem to be redeemable. Even if the development team manages to fix the plethora of crashes and errors, the game itself is faulty at its core. There is no trace of an enjoyable experience, and Gollum is doomed to remain in the game’s industry bin.- Softpedia

The Last Spell is a great package, integrating great core combat mechanics with both management and plenty of progression opportunities. Trying to take down mutant waves by using the minimum amount of resources, while pondering what upgrades can improve character performance never gets old. The title’s mix of chaos and control delivers plenty of tense moments. The meta-progression also works, although there were times when I found the pace a little slow. The Last Spell is polished, fun, and challenging, offering hours and hours of tough decisions and difficult yet enjoyable battles. [Early Access Provisional Score = 90]- Softpedia

It’s hard to judge NHRA Speed for All based purely on the gameplay experience, pretty much because this would make it one of the most disappointing releases of the year. So while the gameplay leaves a lot to be desired, let’s applaud the well-built career, which aside from the lack of an option to skip the dialogues, actually comes with lots of tutorials to introduce beginners into the world of NHRA. But at the end of the day, NHRA Speed for All feels like a half-baked game that’s still in development, and which is currently out for beta testers only. Well, it’s not, and if you want the PS5 version, you need to pay $79.99 for the Ultimate Edition.- Softpedia

Neverwinter Nights Enhanced Edition for PlayStation 4 is not just a technical mess, it is an expensive technical mess. The magic of the PC version released in 2012 has vanished completely because Beamdog is trying to pull a cash grab taking advantage of our nostalgia. Instead of delivering the careful remaster of a legend we were promised, the producers are throwing at us a cheap port that will offend the D&D fans. If you feel nostalgic stick with the remastered editions of the 2D games and stay away from this one. We cannot recommend Neverwinter Edition Enhanced Edition for PlayStation 4 not even at a heavily discounted price.- Softpedia

All in all, Wolfenstein: Young Blood is by far the most disappointing of the series, and it disappoints as a game in general. More so, if you’re a fan of the series, don’t force yourself to try it for the sake of nostalgia, as it has almost nothing “Wolfenstein-ish” left in it.- Softpedia

Even if you're playing this after you’ve seen the movie, it’s still bad. It’s even worse if you’re playing the game without knowing the context. In any case, Hotel Transylvania 3: Monsters Overboard is a game that needs to be avoided at all cost. It’s a waste of time and resources, for you and the studio that made it.- Softpedia

It’s unsatisfying and there is simply not enough to do. On the upside, it’s easy to pick up and can even be enjoyed by kids.- Softpedia

I'm left wondering why this game was even made and who decided that offering it to the public would be a good idea...It feels like an unfinished student's project, and I don't even want to know how the imprecise controls work on a tiny mobile device's screen, especially when you really have to get lucky at times, in order to get through some of the tiny, passable gaps, barely squeezing your ship between two environmental hazards.- Softpedia

An overall disappointing experience that could have become at least decent, given enough time to mature and refine its gameplay systems. Instead, Mechs & Mercs: Black Talon seems like a rushed and incomplete product, the way it is right now.- Softpedia

Tiestru could have been an interesting take on the tower defense genre, but unfortunately it's not. Each and every aspect, from basic design to execution and asset models points to not enough time and resources being invested into making the game.- Softpedia

The overall lack of direction, combined with the shallow and poor design of the actual encounters and gameplay flow, makes it seem like a lackluster title in the tower defense genre, and the cluttered and wonky interface, together with the overall low visual quality, makes Commando Jack an unsatisfying experience.- Softpedia

Z is a bad re-release of a once good video game and it’s a pity to see that no effort was made by the team at Tick Tock Games to create something that can actually appeal to a modern player who is interested in experiencing a piece of history of the real-time strategy genre.- Softpedia

Chernobyl Commando could have been a pretty great retro first-person shooter but, as it stands, it's an utter letdown. From the shooting to the movement, the actual content, or the visuals, the game disappoints in all sorts of ways.- Softpedia

If the game worked better from a purely mechanical standpoint, it would have fared much better overall. As would have including multiplayer.- Softpedia

It’s pretty one-dimensional and there is little substance to it, and it looks and feels like an old flash game, but at least it offers a unique experience with a pretty good jazzy soundtrack.- Softpedia
