Is Mortal Kombat going to take Super Street Fighter IV's crown? No. It lacks the nuance and depth of Capcom's champ; but by adding balance to its own familiar shtick, and giving us the ace Tower mode MK has made itself a real alternative.- PSM3 Magazine UK

It's limited, sure, but this absurd wrestling parody is more WWE than the actual WWE itself. [May 2011, p.93]- PSM3 Magazine UK

As a five-hour solo-player game, it's clearly rental only. For online players the value is far greater - a solid, varied, Call of Duty rival, with fresher weapon load outs, plus vehicles and drones... Shocking but short, this is an intense shooter with a lack of finesse. [Apr 2011, p.66]- PSM3 Magazine UK
