A great addition to Everquest and will please fans, and may even convert those looking for a better MMO. It is friendly to new players and experts alike and should keep us busy until the next expansion pack is released.- PC Gameworld

Tells a compelling story in an interesting way, and offers some novel twists on the occult murder theme. Not quite up to the old Gabriel Knight series, but one of the best adventures currently available.- PC Gameworld

Despite its flaws, Pirate Cove is a very engaging game, made all the better by being the first title that doesn’t just make gambling, drinking, wenching and plundering in the Caribbean a recommendation, but a requirement.- PC Gameworld

For a highly addictive, replayable game, facing the Lord of Terror is somewhat of an anti-climax. Provided you've played as a Rogue and have the Bow of the Bear it's pretty simple to kill him off. Playing the Warrior though is a little harder.- PC Gameworld

This game could help give people a better understanding of just how fragile the eco system of war is, giving them a sense of realism that is not found in most other strategy games. Unfortunately it's that same level of realism that might make this game unplayable for other gamers.- PC Gameworld

The action, graphics, and gameplay are all tight and very satisfying. However, the somewhat hazy story and confusing relationships make some parts of the game less than stellar. An extremely short completion time might also turn off some gamers.- PC Gameworld
