An enjoyable gameplay experience - but it's all over far too soon.

But those wanting an action/adventure game that offers all the elements needed to create the perfect adventure title will be sadly disappointed.

Fable has its fair share of problems – the length of the main story, primarily – but it has so many fun and unique elements that will draw you deep into the world of Albion you can't help but love it.

Its well implemented concepts of both first person and third person perspectives and its centralisation between an apartment and an alternative world offer a rare kind of gameplay experience.

Takes "Burnout 2," completely reworks it, adds a stack of variety, speeds up the game play, introduces more modes to take full advantage of the crashes and never stops sending out the challenges. It is the arcade racer to own, bar none.

While nothing particularly special is definitely the best Terminator game for a long time.

If you like an RPG with an element of sci-fi and don't mind being smacked around a lot in battles, then Star Ocean is certainly an RPG for you.

The additions of the Party Mode and Dream Team Mode, along with the actual gameplay tweaks are enough to make this the strongest hockey title ever.

We can't help but feel a little disappointed by Sonic Advance 3. There's nothing really wrong with the game, it's just feeling like Sega are treating this game like an EA update, with a few roster changes and minor enhancements. This feels more like Sonic 2.5 than a full fledged sequel.

It's the beauty of the unique multiplayer that pushes Four Swords amongst this generations best games. An essential addition to any GC collection.

A visual tour de force and quite comfortably the best-looking console game out there. The bar has been raised and then some, Bungie. All of which makes the game's length something of a letdown.

If your looking for a fantasy filled real-time strategy romp and you can overlook playing in a 2D realm than this may be what you are looking for.

A great conclusion to this part of the story and a great experience in general.

There is better, there is worse and since this title has been drastically reduced (Seen it camera-less for $20) it’s worth a look into if you’re struggling for a title to purchase to shake things up a little.

A somewhat interesting action/RPG title underneath all the terrible flaws.

There is so much to do in Final Fantasy XI, go fishing, cook stuff, make armour, join linkshell groups, kill Goblins. The world is Vana'Diel is such a large place, just don't forget to send everyone else postcards.

Whilst it's not your traditional survival horror the addition of high-suspense action is a welcome breath of fresh air. If you're looking to be scared it will do the job.

A GBA must have. Yes, it may be a bit short. Yes, it may be too easy (though 2 extra difficulty settings makes things a little tougher second time around), but for the sheer experience that the game provides and the exeptional trademark Metroid level design.

Sonic Heroes isn't a drastic change from the Adventure games, and happens to suffer from most of the same problems. That said, the extra nostalgia factor and team play system do make it that little bit better.

This is one of the most fun games I've played all year and for me it's definitely better than "Mario Kart 64," especially in the overall track design department, so if you loved that then you need this.

If you want to walk around a large repetitive castle, Castlevania: Lament of Innocence will do the job for you.

The ship formation change puzzles and in-game revelations actually make it interesting for the player - interesting enough to find out why there are dinosaurs roaming in a 300-year-old spaceship that is heading towards Earth.

If Disgaea: Hour of Darkness was a person, they would have a red hand stamp labelled "Insane" and would be locked up in an asylum cell.

A fairly solid 3D Platformer with only a lack of difficulty letting it down. Definitely more worthwhile at the cheaper Platinum price point, and worth a look for all gaming fans.

Ico is a fine game that boasts both excellent design and atmosphere, and one of the few titles from this generation that have and are likely to stand the test of time.

Something else that could have people reaching for the eject button is the sheer number of races and license tests required to complete the game. Loading up the Race menu to be greeted with seemingly hundreds of races, including massively long endurance races, is extremely daunting at times.

It really is just more of the same, and we don't like playing games that are feel familiar when they quickly become tiresome.

If it isn't clear by now Monster Trucks DS is a terrible title that feels like nothing but a cash in.

Very well-executed football management sim catering to the business-minded group of the fans. Anyone not after crunching numbers and statistics should steer clear.

It’s great to see more turn-based strategy titles on the PC, but a game that severely lacks depth isn’t going to satisfy everyone.

There just isn't all that much to do in Crazy Pig. The game isn't necessarily bad, most players will just have run out of fun things to do in less than a few hours.

With such drawn out (sorry) designs, Doodle Hex offers a curious, if thin stylus-driven distraction.
