Hands down this is by far the best Mortal Kombat ever made and possibly the best fighter available for the GC. There is so much to this game, a deep and satisfying fighting system, new fatalities (although not enough), beautiful visuals and tons of goodies to unlock.- Nintendophiles

There's no limit to the replay value here, unless you just flat out don't like the game or its multiplayer mode.- Nintendophiles

Gameplay is mildly entertaining at times, but gets repetitive quite often, and the clumsy controls are a pain to deal with, especially when precise jumps is required.- Nintendophiles

The games flows nicely, control is accurate enough so that you're never left cursing your on-screen players, and the overall look and feel is very strong.- Nintendophiles

The target audience would be better served with the movie itself, or a different game, this one largely fails to deliver a remotely fun experience.- Nintendophiles

With how quick the missions move, the whole thing gets glazed over. Having the graphics of the Xbox game could have really benefited this port. Multiplayer mode does not save the title, only hurts its image.- Nintendophiles

It's one huge adventure with thirty-two levels in all, making it longer than many Gamecube games.- Nintendophiles

There is just enough of a story for Resident Evil fans to play the game and find out new information, but there certainly could have been much more in terms of the story.- Nintendophiles

The best experience you’ll have in this game is the multiplayer mode, which I played for literally hours on end.- Nintendophiles

It features five great sonic games, and Sega can be excused for including two mediocre titles.- Nintendophiles

Multiplayer is less fun than trading dead bugs, and the one player game is about as linear as a novel.- Nintendophiles

Short, but completing the game 100% was a challenge and the arcade mode was good as well.- Nintendophiles

Nothing special, and unless you really want to try out the arcade mode and multiplayer mode, you should stay out of the way of this one.- Nintendophiles

In my opinion, ANY game that actually makes you want to see the movie and even read the books is a good one, and that game did just that.- Nintendophiles

The game’s formula is basically this: grow, attack, mate, grow, attack, mate, grow… and, well you get the picture. Sometimes fighting can simply get old after a while. But besides that this game is absolutely amazing.- Nintendophiles

The presentation and effort are very respectable. The music is some of the best ever, but the gameplay is slow and highly un-original and sometimes downright stupid.- Nintendophiles

A good looking, mediocre title that, though fun in a few respects, will only impress fans of the show. If you're into the cartoon, and enjoy its humor, you'll find a lot of fun in this licensed title.- Nintendophiles

A mixed bag with some really awesome levels and gameplay; yet it has bland graphics and music.- Nintendophiles

One possible complaint is that the game, for all its excellent aesthetic features and options, may simply be too difficult for the average gamer, even in the “novice” difficulty mode.- Nintendophiles

If not for the accursed password system, the wonky controls, and collecting, I would've said, "Great job."- Nintendophiles

It's simple, it's easy to learn, and it's fun. I declare the GameCube's first online game to be a success... However, I cannot stress enough that it isn't worth your time and money if you're not going to play online.- Nintendophiles

Both due to the limitations of the platform, and the poor execution of pretty much every game style presented, this game will bore everyone, regardless of age or sex.- Nintendophiles

Technically, the game is shoddy. While most of the vehicle models are good, the same cannot be said about the rest of the graphics. The environments are simple and uninteresting, draw distance on some levels is short and the texture quality is below average.- Nintendophiles
