Q Games has increased their streak to three — Starship Patrol is yet another great addition to the DSiWare library and a game you should definitely consider picking up if you have the slightest bit of interest in the tower defense genre.

Me and My Dogs is an enjoyable game and tries its best to live up to the standards set by Nintendogs and generally succeeds. It packs in a lot of charm and cuteness and the minigames are a lot of fun.

At the very least, Glory of Heracles is yet another enjoyable title to add to the ever-increasing DS line of RPGS and that's certainly not a bad thing.

Sure the game might be a bit on the short side, but given the game's addictive gameplay and fairly high degree of difficulty, it's difficult to complain, especially considering the game will only set you back 500 Nintendo Points.

Not only does the game bring an interesting and unique gameplay mechanic to the table, it also manages to surround it with smooth controls and a lot of personality.

As long as you’re not expecting a deep and rewarding gameplay experience, it’s tough to really go wrong with Muscle March. It's bizarre by design and kind of shallow, which may not be everyone's cup of tea, but if the idea of ludicrously muscular chases through walls tickles your funny bone then Muscle March is a great way to spend 500 Points.

Taking cues from other gaming genres in an attempt to keep you hooked, The Amazing Brain Train! is a mildly interesting collection of minigames at best.

Sure the game is a bit on the linear side and the toned down difficulty might prove a tad easy for seasoned RPG fans, but if you can appreciate a well designed RPG experience that doesn't try to do more than it's capable of, you'll likely find Sands of Destruction right up your alley. What it lacks in originality, it more than makes up for with its unique charm and engaging storyline.

Whilst we would have liked to see some kind of multiplayer option and the ability to replay missions at varying difficulty levels without replaying the entire game first, it's a lot of fun and a game we'll be playing for quite some time.

There's nothing wrong with either representation of these popular card games, but there's not really much outstanding about them either.

As a low-resolution port of a last-gen game with barely any Wii Remote functionality tacked on, were this any other game we would be all too happy to drop the score further. But it barely escapes contempt of our court on the strength of its enjoyable storytelling which is, after all, some of the most entertaining dialogue available on any console.

ShadowPlay is a nice and relaxing change of pace from your typical puzzler and a game worth spending some time with. It may lack some of the replay value of the genre’s more immediate fare, but there’s enough here to keep both your brain and imagination working for a while.

It’s a solid base on which to build future portable billiards games, but for right now it’s simply decent.

You'll need to be the kind of person who truly enjoys word-search puzzles in order to enjoy this game, because this is a very plain, no-frills release that will otherwise bore you to tears.

Heron: Steam Machine isn't going to win any awards, but it has a clean cartoony look and offers a great 5-minute pick-up game that will have broad appeal. The game has a solid play mechanic with a great arcade feel to it backed by bouncy music - for 500 points that's not half bad, and if you like puzzlers it's definitely worth a look.

The game's delightfully retro-esque presentation only helps improve the overall package, and makes this not just one of the best 500 Point games available, but one of the best DSiWare games period.

There's almost nothing to recommend Hell's Kitchen VS as a good purchase - the gameplay is extremely basic, bears almost no resemblance to cooking and is about as pointless as one could imagine, with no leaderboards, career progression or anything to offer other than different difficulties. With a friend it becomes a little more bearable.

This surprisingly plain 'Adventure' rapidly becomes boring unless you're in it for the sheer intellectual challenge of solving each puzzle.

It’s only 500 Points so you get what you pay for, but we’d almost rather Big Blue Bubble go back to add more content and up the price a few hundred points to give us more reason to play. Useless unlockable dart designs, new games, something. You’re better off spending the money on a cheap dart board or, failing that, a few boxes of sharp pencils to throw at the wall.

Fast Draw Showdown is one of those games you just want to enjoy. If you should find yourself hosting a party one day but have no party games on your Wii to play, then rest assured that this game mixes well with friends and moonshine. However, it is otherwise not quick enough on the draw to earn its place in video game history.

There’s such a great sense of achievement here: from winning a bout without striking your opponent to defeating one of the upper-ranked Ozeki, you’ll want to always do your best. The fact alone that Eat! Fat! FIGHT! has been localised is amazing, and we applaud Temco’s efforts for making this title available.

Sure the game is a bit predictable at times and there aren't as many modern Castlevania conveniences as some might hope for, but at its core, this is yet another extremely playable and enjoyable 2D Castlevania experience and when it comes right down to it, there could never be too much of that for diehard fans of the series, new or old.

The controls can be a little wonky and it's devoid of features or customisation, but for 500 Points you're getting an interesting and full puzzle experience (over 30 chapters all told) that's worth checking out.

No matter how you load up the wagon, you'll be in for a fun ride.

If you truly enjoy challenging sudoku puzzles and thought Sudoku Master's "Hard" difficulty was a breeze, Sudoku Sensei is the game for you, but mere beginners and intermediate-level players will want to steer clear.

We pray to the stars that that will be the final release, because it's quite clear that, even at 200 DSi Points, these will never, ever be worth the price.

Arcade Hoops Basketball is not a terrible time-waster, but it never tries to be anything more than a very simple diversion. Only the most diehard basketball fans will care enough to keep firing it up after the first few times around.

Forcing yourself to play through the main story mode feels more like a chore if all you want to do is create your own levels and play with friends via local multiplayer, but if you really enjoy hidden-object puzzles and don't mind having to get used to quirky controls, the amount of content packed into Hot and Cold: A 3D Hidden Object Adventure will have you busy for a long time.
