Kung Fu FIGHT is a fun little title. It delivers diverse and often times humorous action alongside a handful of custom achievements.

Definitely worth a look, but not something to fall in love with.

It's clear from the get-go that Legend of Kay was a labour of love, and this shines through in this re-release; despite showing a few wrinkles here and there the game stands up surprisingly well by modern standards.

Come at this without expecting anything earth-shatteringly deep and there's some fun to be had here, albeit in small doses.

It's fine as a short diversion, but becomes wearying and repetitive when looking for more entertainment.

Ultimately, this game is one that we'd recommend, as you simply don't find many modern attempts on the classic-style of the JRPG genre that feel as well rounded as this. That being said, if you weren't a fan of games like Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest back in the day, Dragon Fantasy definitely won't change your mind.

It may not quite reach the heights of the titles that clearly inspired it, but this is well worth a look for fans of the genre - especially at this bargain-basement price.

If you're able to get through the wonky nausea-inducing camera work, Tiny Galaxy does at least offer plenty of content.

We really wanted to love Canvaleon, but grinding for resources, one-hit deaths and some wonky design choices makes this an uneven experience. It's a fresh idea that needed a better execution, but could prove to be a hit with anyone who can look past its flaws.

While this game won't exactly revitalize the genre, couch co-op or competitive play for any real length of time, there's something satisfying about playing with a friend. Astral Breakers takes that knowledge and gives you its colourful little universe to fight in.

The simulation just isn't something that the average gamer is going to find worthwhile, especially with the high price tag at launch.

Buyers are better off looking elsewhere for their adrenaline fixes.

Both a wonderful upgrade to the original Etrian Odyssey 2 and an impressive improvement on Etrian Odyssey Untold, Untold 2: The Fafnir Knight is a dungeon-crawling delight.

All of its various elements just click together well, creating a solid game that will be hard to put down as you struggle your way to the deepest recesses of Isaac's basement.

We'd love to see Renegade Kid revisit this world at some point in the future, and wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who hasn't played the 3DS version already.

The visuals are a bit simple, and the story often feels rather tacked-on, but neither of those factors should do very much to deter anyone from enjoying what is otherwise a surprisingly fun time.

The pet-raising genre may be somewhat old now, but I Love My Dogs doesn't offer any new tricks.

The Quiet Collection possesses good-natured humour and a throwback charm that pays nice tribute to adventure games of yesterday.

It's a concept with narrow appeal by its very nature, so if you aren't already able to enjoy word searches, then this won't do much to convince you otherwise.

Fantasy Pirates is a fairly pleasant game – whilst it lasts. Clocking in at around two and a half hours to complete and bearing in mind that most of that time will be spent trying to finish the last level, it's hard to recommend this underwhelming shooter.

With its simple aspiration to be a digital instrument, Keytari succeeds at what it strives to do, but it's very hard to justify splashing out for an app that does so little.

It's a broken mess that feels downright unfinished, which is notable as it can't be finished with an unwinnable level in the mix.

If you're reliving your youth, you'll find this is one game where rose-tinted spectacles haven't pulled the wool over your eyes. It is as good as you remember. If you're coming at this fresh, we envy you; enjoy every second. Streets of Rage 2 is back with a vengeance and it's thoroughly deserving of your time. A true classic.

All in all, G.G Series THROW OUT is a disappointing game that struggles to maintain player interest for more than a few minutes.

The sheer repetitiveness of the experience kills any promise that the initial concept may hold.

Much like its Wii U counterpart, LEGO Jurassic World for the 3DS has a lot of potential, especially when considering the source material, but fails to deliver on almost every front.

With no difficulty curve and only a single map filled with dark space, unless you're dying to shoot at stationary asteroids, you'll quickly find little reason to continue playing Asteroid Quarry.

Neon Battle is one of those games that you'll play once or twice and then forget about; aside from the potential couch multiplayer, there's really no reason to keep coming back.
