If you are a 4x passionate player, you will struggle a little to get into the game, but then you will find yourself kidnapped for months in an exceptional experience in terms of the possibilities offered and general satisfaction.

We finally got to thoroughly test the particular Square Enix experiment in collaboration with Team Ninja. Despite some good ideas, Stranger of Paradise is a mediocre action game, not really inspired and with not in depth mechanics.

Even with its smart gameplay and its complex and fun systems, Phantom Breaker: Omnia can't really compete with some of the best fighting games around, due to the lack of rollback netcode and disappointing lack of modes. Seeing it finally come to the west is still good news, and we hope a decent community will form around the game anyways, but there are better options out there for fighting game fans at the moment.

WWE 2K22 delivers an improved, more refined experience than the previous episodes, while offering a huge roster and excellent graphics for most of the superstars. When it comes to game modes, however, the game feels cumbersome and outdated.

The Witch Queen is a masterful expansion. An almost totally perfect symphony played by an orchestra that seems to have finally found an optimal direction. Destiny 2 fans have something to rejoice, but above all to play, as the approach to Lightfall has just begun and we can't wait to find out what will be hiding in the upcoming seasons.

A return to form for Gran Turismo. After too many years, Polyphony Digital crafted an almost perfect iteration of Gran Turismo, where past and present blend together for an epic journey through the car culture.

The hybrid nature of Puzzle Quest 3 is still intact in its core gameplay: matching colors, fighting creatures and managing characters and builds is still enjoyable, but the free-to-play structure feels more like a regression than an evolution.

With its zen approach and unique style, Grand Mountain Adventure: Wonderlands is a beautiful immersion on snowy mountains, letting us breathe that atmosphere. As a game it has some flaws, that its price makes it hard to overcome, but this is a peculiar and fascinating experience.

Dawn of Ragnarok carries forward the post-launch support of Assassin's Creed Valhalla in an unprecedented way, with an apparently rich expansion that can be completed pretty quickly by focusing on the main missions. However, there's another thing: by tackling the package as an endgame content you'll be too powerful to give the right space to the new powers.

The Cruel King and the Great Hero is a wonderful adventure suitable for adults and children: a hand-drawn fairy tale.

EDENS ZERO Pocket Galaxy is a really nice tie-in, a full-bodied and ambitious project that incorporates the atmospheres and characters of Hiro Mashima's manga, following the same story through a modular campaign, with separate downloads, which is undoubtedly interesting and doesn't show excessive concessions to the free-to-play nature of the experience, at least in the early hours.

Mixing different styles like bullet hell shooter and RPG dungeon crawler is not something entirely new, but My Heroes Dungeon Raid still has a fresh and original tone. Nevertheless, its gameplay is flawed by a structure too based on grinding and some problems with the controls.

Hitman Sniper: The Shadows is a very nice shooter with stealth elements that requires precision, planning, adaptability and speed. Unfortunately, the free-to-play model appears to be a bit limiting and hits you with a paywall after just the first two chapters.

Triangle Strategy is a very good tactical JRPG for newcomers but a few nuisances prevent it from being truly excellent.

Chocobo GP is a well-designed racing game: pleasant to see, fun to play, with an excellent track design and at least two interesting ideas. We refer to the possibility of upgrading the weapons, which increases the strategic component of the race, and to the online elimination mode, which involves 64 players (also accessible through the Lite edition, free). The main limitations lie in the number of tracks (nine, excluding variants of the same) and in the multiplayer from the same system, limited to two users (we imagine for stability problems). In general, we would have wished for greater courage in detaching ourselves from Mario Kart: excluding the innovations already mentioned, every single element is translated from the Nintendo game. Which is richer, more beautiful and deeper in just about every aspect.

Gibbon: Beyond the Trees is a strange and fascinating experience, although a little short and simple as a game. Is commendable how Broken Rules succeeds in telling a deep and poignant story with ecological influences without using words but just with graphics and gameplay elements.

Shadow Warrior 3 delivers a frantic and spectacular but rather linear experience, which can be beaten quite quickly and doesn't feel special. Those who hoped for an evolution of the mechanics seen in Shadow Warrior 2 will be disappointed, while fans of traditional shooters could appreciate the new adventure of Lo Wang even in its absolute harmlessness.

Lost Ark is probably the best free-to-play MMO you can play today. It has an addictive combat system and the campaign is extremely long and you can complete that with or without friends. The only problems come with the ending that appears too intricate and difficult to understand completely.

An extraordinary sum of the knowledge From Software gained during the years. A bona fide peak of the soulslike genre, enormous and brutal, and capable of magnifying both the bad aspects of the genre and the good ones. The great parts greatly obscure the bad ones though, making for a game that will be talked about for a long time.
