Another Dynasty Warriors episode doesn't renews the old gameplay of this brand. Good only for the old Dynasty Warriors fanbase, the other player should stay away from this repetitive and boring game.

There Came an Echo tells a very good story, supported by an excellent cast of voice actors, but the game definitely fails to deliver.

Senran Kagura 2 winks at players with sexual jokes, hot visuals and hentai tropes, but it's actually a very good beat'em up with tons of content and unlockables. Despite its target audience and some issues with controls, there's a lot to enjoy here.

Without doubts, Ultimate Tenkaichi is the best Dragon Ball game in terms of contents and visual appeal, but it's still a shallow fighting game where luck and fate are more important than players' skill.

Clearly made for younger gamers, The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest comes with a large number of very simple quests, gaining some thickness only when our character earns all his skills and fights against several enemies at once. The motion detection works well, while the graphics are generally poor.

With its shallow combat system and tons of characters, Marvel Heroes is just fun but lackluster. Gazillion tries to make you pay for everything; you might not, but you will get bored very soon.

Team Ninja left the road Itakagi used to walk with such a bold attitude for so many years. The main problem with Ninja Gaiden 3 is that the new title is filled with problems and average gameplay.

Ultimately, Wanted: Dead appears to be a frankly negligible game, which has the narrative side as its only reason of interest. Too bad, because when we started it for the first time we really hoped to find ourselves in front of a modern emulator of Ninja Gaiden, but as we played we ended up only wishing more and more intensely to get to the end as soon as possible to be able to use the uninstall function and forget it.

All Zombies Must Die! is a nice twin analog shooter, with a good number of weapons and enemies. The game is packed with some cartoon-style graphics, but the action is too repetitive and there's no online multiplayer to keep things interesting.

Tales of the Shire is close to everything a fan of The Shire would desire. So close. But it ultimately falls on some major technical issues and an overall lifeless town, the complete opposite of what you would expect to find in a game based on the merriest and calmest population of Middle Earth, hosts of the biggest feasts from this side of the Brandywine. There is potential, though. Let's hope Weta Workshops will sharpen this really precious but uncut gem.

Overlord could have been a good game: it has classical but great puzzles and a well developed level design. Sadly, the bad controls (touch screen only) ruin everything: they are far too rough.

Reynatis has some interesting ideas, but never manages to fully realize any of them, wasting narrative and gameplay insights that could have led to a much more intriguing adventure. Credit goes to the soundtrack, composed by Yoko Shimomura, and to a combat system that is overall enjoyable, though never truly technical. As for the rest, there's little that's truly magical.

Nier Re[in]carnation is very "NieR" in regard to its aesthetics and presentation, with evident sparks of its typical charm. Its flawed gameplay, however, tends to become boring after a while, even for gacha standards.

Island Tour is not a step forward for the franchise, but also backward. NdCUBE chose to capitalize on its experience and create funny games for the crowd. Despite a truly forgettable single player campaign, multiplayer still manages to give some chills.

Typoman is a really interesting and fascinating experience. The concept itself, the artistic direction and the great atmosphere all make for a game which will be a pleasure to many and will remain in our memories for a long time. Unfortunately there are some limits too, they don't spoil the experience at all but don't allow Typoman to be one of the best titles available on the Nintendo eShop.

Naruto Shippuden: Kizuna Drive suffers from a very repetitive gameplay. In every mission you have to fight a certain number of enemies, then go to another zone and repeat again, doing always the same combos. There's an interesting cooperative multiplayer mode for up to four players, but it's only local.
